Aloha and welcome to our 'little piece of paradise'! We live in Langley BC and after enjoying many vacations in Maui, we decided to purchase our condo in 2010 and became part-time residents! We

completely remodelled our 2 bedroom unit in late 2011 (everything was redone and replaced!). We were fortunate to work with an outstanding local contractor Dustin Tantillo (Tantillo Construction & Design) whose art you will find displayed in our condo! As a former hotelier with Starwood Hotels, I want to ensure that our guests experience a quality yet comfortable and relaxing ambience. Our local Property Manager, Anne, has a wealth of experience and is your first point of contact. She manages all inquiries and booking arrangements for your stay.

The complex is beautifully landscaped with two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts and covered parking. Additionally, the upscale community of Wailea is only a short drive away!

In February we stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. It was super clean, kitchen well equipped, modern appliances, washer dryer, matching linens and very tastefully decorated. We also had use of beach chairs, towels, noodles and boogie board.

Location - Right across from the best beach in Kihei . Just a short walk to restaurants , strip malls, an organic food store & ice cram parlour.

Our son said snorkeling was splended.

The property Manager Anne met us and went over operation of the appliances and any questions we had. This was very appreciated.

We had a wonderful holiday and hope to stay again.

Beautiful suite in a perfect location

The suite was he perfect size for my family, with the kids having a separate bedroom and bathroom. The location of the unit to the beach and some smaller gift stores was also helpful. I would rent the unit again.

Great Location in a Great Location

This was our second time visiting Maui, our first time in the Kihei area. This condo is located just about midway down the three Kamaole beaches. This means that when you stroll down to the beach, you can set up immediately with the provided umbrella and beach chairs or walk up to a mile or so in either direction across lovely sand beaches that were never crowded during our stay. There are good places for casual and formal meals close by, although the condo is well appointed if you want to do your own cooking.

There are subtleties to condo's that we are still learning. This place rings all the right bells. It's 1 floor off the ground (elevator very close but not required) with a lovely lanai (balcony). We had one rainy day where we just sat and read under cover. The true ground floor units are not very private, as the walkways are very close to these units. One floor up is quite private.

Second learning piece: half of the units in the complex face the garage. This unit faces a garden and walkway down to the beach. Quiet and pleasant.

The condo itself is as advertised and well appointed. We only rented the one bedroom + living part (not the lock out bedroom add on), but we came in as the cleaners were finishing up, so peeked into the lockout room, which would comfortably accommodate 2-4 other guests and had its own smaller lanai.

The condo kitchen has been recently refurbished, in excellent taste with modern appliances and plenty of dishes and cutlery. We were confused by the coffee maker description - it works both with Keurig K cups and with conventional flat bottomed filters. All appliances worked fine and all expected utensils, etc., were present.

The bathroom separates the sink from the toilet/shower, an efficient layout even for a couple. Very clean and no issues. We ran one set of laundry, all good.

Although there was a nice dining table with 4 chairs. we ate our meals on the lanai, which has a nice table and very comfortable chairs.

Finally, the king sized bed and its bedding were very comfortable. Air conditioning was provided (not always the case in Hawaii) but we never needed it - the adjustable ceiling fans created that soft breeze one looks for in warmer climates.

I'm sure we have missed some features, but for sometimes uptight travelers like me, this was a truly relaxing, delightful experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent condo

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is very nicely furnished and met all of our needs. We used both the main unit and the second bedroom. With two couples, this was a perfect arrangement.

Let me assure anyone looking at this unit that the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. I appreciated walk in shower since I don't like tub/shower combinations.

The kitchen was fully furnished which wasn't a big deal to us but may be to others.

the balcony is exceptionally large...there is a smaller one for the second bedroom/unit.

Both air-conditioning units workered well and kept us very comfortable.

Wonderful location for 3 generations to relax.

Stayed here with my kids and my parents. Very nice place with everything you'll need on island. Near great restaurants across street from best sunset view beach you can dream of. Only negative was I prefer a more firm mattress personally. But loved the pools, back deck area and A/C!

Perfect in Paradise

Stayed at this condo for a week in August. It was perfect for us [2 adults / 2 teenagers]... clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. The condo itself has all the amenities of home and its location within Kihei is stellar. We rented both sides of the condo unit which was an excellent choice given our situation. The condo grounds are very well kept, the pool/bbq areas were clean, there was plenty of parking and check in/out was a breeze. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Maui. Fantastic!
