Owner / Property Manager purchased this studio in 2003
Unbeatable location! Walking distance to ALL major tourist attractions.
Apartment is conveniently located on quiet, tree lined street, at the heart of Earls Court.
It is also quiet and wild life of the garden gives it a country like feeling - great place to rest after busy day in the city!
I had a great stay in the studio. Leia (property manager) and Natalia (owner) could NOT have been more wonderful. Natalia provides helpful info regarding transportation, food, attractions, etc. She kept in touch and was readily available by email- and patient, understanding, and accommodating as I needed to lengthen my stay.
The studio itself is small- as advertised- but it was just perfect for me. It is in a great location in Central London. I would recommend this place and stay here again.
"This Beach-house was great. Exactly like shown on pictures. it's cosy and clean. Location is also great, very close to the beach about 50 m, apartment near to Marbella town- about 15 minutes drive. We did used all the resorts facilities including gym, adults only swimming pool, etc. We had wonderful time. Natalia was very helpful. She had answered our questions very quickly and made sure we had everything what was required."
"Natalia was the perfect host! Even though she was in another country, she had a very responsible house manager welcome me to the studio apartment. The view of the studio was totally accurate and although small was very cozy. The fold out bed came with a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. I am so glad that was provided!! It had a microwave and small refrigerator. It was perfect for 2 days worth of shopping. The grocery store is a block away so I would go shopping every two days. It was perfect! You must wash the dishes in the bathroom sink . The studio does not provide a kitchen sink. It was very easy and not an issue for me. Natalia sent emails with check in and check out process and areas to visit as well as the grocery store location all to ensure I was provided what was needed to be happy and comfortable. She was very responsive and it was an easy process from check in to check out. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very nice and I felt safe. It is close to all museums and tour spots. It was walking distance to grocery store and close to the tube. My mother arranged everything as I am a college student and she spoke with Natalia several times. She is truly a great person and I am very pleased with my experience. I will be back!! Thank you again Natalia from both my mother and I! Don't hesiate to stay here! It is a great for the price!"
This little flat in kempsford gardens was so lovely - I stayed here for 4 weeks while I was doing an internship and it was a great experience. The neighborhood is adorable and you're only 2 minutes walk from the tube. Earls court tube station is on the district and Piccadilly line which is IDEAL for getting into the center. The flat was very clean and the property manager was so helpful. 5 stars!!!!
The apartment was very clean with a new bathroom and in a convenient location. The owner sent seem useful information about the neighborhood and how to get around. The space is very, very small (I was unprepared for the size even though I expected a studio).
On my way to Italy, I've stopped in London for 4 days.
Landed at Heathrow, got on the Underground (Tube) train - Piccadilly Line, and mere 45 min later (and only 5GBP) I was at the Studio! Tube Stop is conveniently around the corner from the Studio, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase for miles.
I was met at the Studio by a Property manager Leia, who showed around and gave me the keys.
This studio is a true find! It has everything you need for a tourist junky like myself. Great new shower, large enough and surprisingly comfortable sofa-bed. Unfolded 77.6" x 80.9" (owner supplied measurements)
Cable TV. But my favourite thing about it is the garden view and tranquility. It's so quiet! You wouldn't believe you're in the centre of London right next to all the tourist attractions and 2 min walk to the nearest Tube!
Although, I don't mean to be rude, but I don't think the Studio will suit a large person. That's probably why it is so reasonably priced.
Other then that - enjoy, as I did!
