Perfect beachfront condo for 2. Nicely decorated. End unit with lots of windows and screen porch facing the ocean. Grounds are well lit at night. The unit is on 2nd floor which makes for a great view, accessible by stairs or elevator. Quick walk to golf course or longer walk on the beach to Boardwalk Inn area. We walked each morning for coffee & paper. Can highly recommend this one for your beach getaway.
We had a great time even though the weather wasn't what we wanted. This condo is right on the beach and you can see the ocean from every room!! We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and being so close to the ocean, it was a very short walk to the beach!!!
The condo listing description was exactly as described and accurate in every way in regards to the location, layout and amenities. It was very clean, well maintained with updated décor. The customer service was second to none. Management provided any and all information that anyone would need for their stay through text messages and e-mail. Additionally, if you needed more personal attention, the management office is only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this condo. There were an enormous amount of activities in the area and within a short driving distance. If you needed suggestions on where to visit, eat or any possible activities, throughout the rental process, we received e-mails and texts of all the local favorites in the area. Charleston is just a stones throw away and a great place to visit. I would suggest to take a tour of the only tea company in North America( The Charleston Tea Plantation). It's about an hours drive, but well worth the drive. Fort Sumter National park is a must. You take a boat to and have a short presentation by a Ranger and then you have a self guided tour as well. The USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier at Patriots Point is not only educational, it's a great photo opportunity if you are into aircraft, submarines etc...The local southern food was exceptional as well. The Charleston Market Fare was a great way to sample the locals wares and gifts. If you're into more intense shopping, there is an outlet mall with every store imaginable as well as stores in downtown Charleston which had a wide variety of eclectic gifts.Overall, there were no surprises or disappointments and I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.
We stayed in a condo in the Port O Call complex and were absolutely delighted with it. The screened balcony with entrance from the living room or bedroom was where we spent a lot of time just watching the ocean, the ships, the birds, etc. It had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. We had an incident with the air conditioner and the matter was taken care of quickly. We would definitely rebook this condo!
This condo was better than the pictures on the website. It is an end unit so we never heard any noise from neighboring units. It was very clean and well appointed. The bedroom is roomy, bright and has great views with direct access out to the screened in porch. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the ocean without being bothered with bugs. I would definitely recommend this condo for a romantic getaway and we would definitely return for another stay!
My family has been visiting Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes for over 15 years. We have booked stays through most reservation companies and VRBO. Your group gave us our best check in experience, ever. You texted to let us know when our unit was ready, and we drove directly in. The unit was better than described, and we had a fantastic visit! Thank you for making our stay so easy!
