This luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located in the quant Sugarhouse Neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The home sits atop a hill with views of the Salt Lake valley and the Wasatch Mountains. Because of this home’s prime location, you can be at the Alta, Snowbird or Park City ski resorts in 20-25 minutes, the University in 5 minutes, downtown in 10 minutes or off to the airport in 15 minutes. Shopping, movies theatres, restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions are all a short drive away.
The home is three stories. The first floor boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen (Viking stove, large refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixer, dishes, espresso machine, etc). There is a small nook in the kitchen to eat breakfast as well as a large formal dining room which seats eight. The living area is located on the west side of the house and has a huge and very comfortable couch, a TV with cable, a DVD player as well as a modest DVD collection. There is also a large laundry room on the main floor complete with a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. The northeast wing of the house has a large bedroom with a king sized futon and a separate ¾ bathroom. The west wing has two bedrooms. The first is perfect for children as it has a Stickley twin sized bunk bed and toys for children to play with. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a full bathroom located in this wing with a jetted spa tub.
Upstairs from the main floor, is the master bedroom. This bedroom has a king sized bed, his and her closets, a gas fireplace, balcony, cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan and a full bathroom complete with his and her sinks, a free standing tub and a marble jetted shower. Also upstairs is the office/bedroom and a small library. The office/bedroom has a queen sized futon available.
The basement also has a bedroom with a full sized bed and a separate ¾ bathroom.
There are many windows in this home which keep it very bright and cheerful. Also, outside is a large backyard with a huge deck that offers great view of the valley and mountains.

The owner of this property lived in this gorgeous Salt Lake City home for six years. He loved the close proximity to the mountains and the laid back Salt Lake City lifestyle.
As mentioned earlier, the home is a short drive to just about anything one might wish to do during a trip to Salt Lake City. The house is very large and yet it has a cozy feel. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing, or skiing.
Property was beautiful, but we felt like since it was an off time for us to be there the owner didn't care. No cable or internet was hooked up. The grass was freshly mowed and heavy clippings we left in grass. A lot of cleaning details we left unattended.
Gathered the kids and grand kids here for spring break. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms and baths are nicely separated and there is plenty of visiting room. We wound up staying in for almost all of our meals and had friends over several evenings. Just right! Location is central to skiing and downtown. Very convenient to any part of Salt Lake City, easy to find and still quite private. Nice back yard. Owners are responsive.
This lovely home was the site a wonderful family reunion. The home is spacious and comfortable. We found it clean and warm. Location near the freeway made is easily accessible to the near by mountains and the area.
The kitchen is large and well stocked. Due to the size of home the bedrooms offered ample privacy with a wondrous master bath.
The owner was responsive and friendly.
We will use it again as opportunity presents itself.
