We are private owners and have several condos at the Casa Del Mar.

All the condos at the Casa Del Mar are privately owned. We prefer to take care of our own condos rather than let another company do it for us.

We live nearby on the island if you need us for anything.

Why Taz or Jay chose Texas Gulf Coast

Our Palm Suite condo is one of several condos we have at the Casa Del Mar complex. The Casa Del Mar has 276 privately owned units. Casa Del Mar is located at the corner of 61st and Seawall Blvd right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Each condo has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This beach area is the sandy part of the beach and you can swim in the Gulf water.

Absolutely wonderful.

The condo was exactly as described in the write up. It contains nice accommodations for sleeping along with a nice kitchen for use during your stay. The property was very well maintained and clean for our arrival. The WII and games were nice to have for entertainment while preparing meals, waiting for all to get ready to leave for the days adventures or simply to enjoy and unwind. The location is perfectly situated right across the road from the beach/ocean and within walking distance of many stores and shops including reasonably priced groceries and other necessities. The parking pass at the condo saved a lot of headache and money in trying to find somewhere to park to 'go to the beach'. The beach was so closely located that you could find a place on the beach and members of our group could return to the condo to start meals, get food, or other items. In addition, there is quick access to the road to get to other locations along either Seawall boulevard, or going on out to the Ferry to go to Bolivar Peninsula for excursion of other beaches and areas (and we got to see dolphins on the ferry ride); or back to the main land for other activities. Had a few minor questions upon arrival and Taz and Jay were very kind in answering them and also provided links to me in advance for finding activities upon arrival. We are very pleased with our choice of condos to stay and will plan to use this location again and their service when we go elsewhere.

Great vacation Condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well kept. Pools were fun. The beach was our favorite. Just a quick walk across the street and we were enjoying the sand between our toes!

The condo was cozy and inviting. Kids loved the bunk beds and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of a separate room for us! With four kids and two adults, it could feel small at times, but it was way better than a hotel!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here if we make it back here! Thank you for the great rental!

This condo needs updating. The towels , sheets and blankets had a musty smell. I would not choose th

The key lock was finicky and the hot water tap in shower needed replacing. Jay & Taz were very responsive when we called. Love Casa Del Mar but would not stay in that suite again.

Great location, and price.

We've stayed at the Casa Del Mar before so we knew what to expect, that being said this was a great price for the condo.

We could cook, or just enjoy reheating leftovers, and had an ocean view! You can eat next door, or walk across the street to the beach. 😊򒠠The condos have been well used, but still fit the bill for the great location, and cost. Communication with Taz & Jay (Casa Bling) was always prompt, and we will be booking with them on future visits!

Loved it!

This was our first stay at Casa del Mar, have to say we enjoyed it! It was everything like the pictures & the balcony view was awesome. I would recommend bringing a stand up fan if someone sleeps on the sleeper sofa, it got hot in the living area but if we turned the ac down any further (it was on 72) it would freeze the people in the bedroom. We will be back next year! Thanks Jay & Taz!

The directions were spot on. The suite is exactly as described, no frills but all the necessities. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

Don't even try to make a left out, go the block.
