Golfers in the group will appreciate the proximity to the clubhouse which includes practice facilities for honing your game before your round. The community is bordered to the east by Burlow Creek State Park, with North Peninsula State Park (4.6 mi.) and downtown Ormond Beach (9.4 mi.) just a short drive beyond that. Proximity to I-95 provides easy access to attractions up and down the coast.

Casual home downtime can be spent lounging and grilling on the fully enclosed patio or streaming shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The spacious full kitchen includes plenty of counter prep space and all the major appliances you'll need for stress-free meal planning. Family dinners or game nights can be enjoyeed around the large dining table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
