Perched high on a bluff overlooking an infinity pool, hot tub, and the property’s own private beach, this newly built, clean, ultramodern home offers two of its four levels as some of the finest vacation accommodations anywhere. Avoid the crowds, escape to this peaceful retreat, and let the stresses of everyday life slip off your sun-kissed shoulders.
Saunter down to the white “sugar sands” and dip your toes in water that stretches for as far as the naked eye can see in this "Key West of the Midwest" paradise. Lounge on the grand patio and become entranced by the infinity pool as its waters seemingly spill into the vast blue beyond. After a long day of leisure, soak away what little cares remain in the hot tub at sunset, or watch your favorite show in your room on a high definition television. Drift off to sleep in the afterglow of a perfect day, under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan and wrapped snugly in luxurious bedding. In the morning, turn the knob on your suite’s wall for some easy listening music to set the mood for the day and greet it gracefully.
This property sleeps up to ten on two levels:
Level 1: Suite 1/Low Tide Suite (295 sq. ft.) - 2 in a king-size bed
Level 2: Suite 2/Neap Tide Suite (300 sq. ft.) - 2 in a king-size bed, 2 in twin bunk beds
Level 2: Suite 3/High Tide Suite (340 sq. ft.) - 2 in a king-size bed, 2 in twin bunk beds
Extended families enjoy this destination for its separate levels because each level has a kitchen. It gives them a sense of independence while still coming together as a family for vacation. Grandparents generally take the Low Tide (Level 1) Suite, as they have the first level mostly to themselves. The first level is also often where everyone comes together to enjoy meals at the dining table overlooking the pool and the lake.
On the second level, each of the two suites accommodates any combination of 4 adults and/or children. Typically, parents sleep together on the king-size beds and children sleep on the sturdy bunk beds that are rated to hold up to 300 lbs. per person. On this level, sunset is the perfect time to sit on the deck or on the large sofa in the solarium to take in the magnificence of nature.
All the suites have in-room full bathrooms with one additional full bathroom on the pool (1st) level. The largest suite (High Tide on Level 2) has its own infrared sauna designed to release the toxins from your body, as well as a jetted steam shower with a foot massager to spoil you. Each suite has its own computer with high speed internet access, individual temperature controls, spacious closets, ceiling fan, HD TV, and much more.
Complimentary Keurig coffee is a good way to start the day as you prepare your breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with filtered water in the door. Eat your meals alfresco on the second level deck, by the pool, or dine indoors at one of two cozy kitchen nooks for four. After breakfast, surf some suggested web pages for local attractions on your suite’s computer, write an e-mail to your loved ones to tell them how relaxed and happy you are, or check the weather forecast: sunny and satisfied.
One aspect families appreciate about this well-designed vacation rental is the upgraded safety feature of the property, as it is protected by a commercial-grade fire/sprinkler system that will notify a monitoring company 24/7 in the event of an emergency. This is the only rental property on Holland’s beach that offers this level of protection for your family.
Each suite is accessible by its own private entrance, separate from each other and the owner’s levels. For your comfort and convenience, each suite is zoned independently for heating and cooling, with its own temperature controls. The suites also have mini refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, safes, beach and bath towels, towel warmers, complementary robes for two, toiletries, fold-out/rollaway cots (available upon request), and more.
