Le Pavot consists of 50 m2 and is a cozy and spacious gîte for 2-3 persons.

Domaine de Romefort welcomes you to the lovely region of the Limousin . Domaine de Romefort used to be a farm but is now converted into 7 luxury gîtes (holiday homes).

350 km south of Paris, in the department of the Haute Vienne (right above the Dordogne ), you'll find peaceful quietness, space and comfort .

The surroundings are varied, with green acres, forests and hills. The view is simply magnificent. Domaine de Romefort is well suited for hikers, bikers, families that love nature and the outdoors and for example family reunions.

5 minutes from Domaine de Romefort you'll find the medieval pilgrim village St. Léonard de Noblat. This village offers centuries of history and good restaurants.

Le Pavot consists of 50 m2 and is a cozy and spacious gîte for 2-3 persons.

The lay-out of Le Pavot is very playful with a living area upstairs and bedroom downstairs.

On the ground floor the bedroom is located, which has a garden view. This bedroom has three 1-person boxspring beds.

The ground floor also has a bathroom with washbasin and shower.

On the First Floor the spacious living room and separate kitchen and toilet are located.

The kitchen is very well equipped with 4 cooking rings, dishwasher, microwave, separate oven, refrigerator and freezer.

The cozy livingroom has a tv, radio and cd/dvd player.

From the sliding French window – which fills the living room with light – you enter the large garden with a fantastic view by descending some stairs. Outside there is a table with chairs and a parasol.

Domaine de Romefort is 20 kilometers from the university town of Limoges. Limoges has about 150,000 inhabitants and is famous for its porcelain. There are several museums and many opportunities to spend a day or night out.

5 minutes drive from the medieval town of St Leonard de Noblat. Here you will find pubs and well-stocked supermarkets. It has a beautiful old town and a famous church with distinctive architecture. It is a popular destination for tourists and regular markets and events are organized.

On the east side of Fort Rome you will find the extensive area around Lac de Vassiviere. This lake is 10 square kilometers and provides the opportunity for many water sports.

The forests in the immediate surroundings are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. A 15 minute drive is a recreational lake (see photo above). Here is a guarded beach activities. Space

Along the field runs the River Vienne. Which is suitable for canoeing in 2000. Along the dams are canoe slides so that hours can navigate this beautiful area. Along the river there are many mills that are still in use.

Every summer we do Mountain bike, Electric bikes, canoes, Archery, Hiking, Bead Workshop, Pizza baking, Limousin BBQ, Geocaching and Picnic.
