A 3,000 sq. ft four-bed four bath plus den condo right on Seven Mile Beach

Our luxury condo is located on the fourth floor at Sea Breeze. The elevation takes us above the tree-line, offering expansive views of the beach, bay and the Caribbean Sea.

As a corner-unit the condo is light, bright and airy and has been furnished to a high standard by one of Cayman's top interior designers.

Relax on the terrace with a Caribbean cocktail and enjoy one of the best vista on the island. In the evening take in the dramatic sunsets over the sea whilst relaxing on our comfortable patio furniture.

The condo is very spacious and can sleep up to 10 guests in its' four bedrooms, with an additional sofabed in the media room.

All bedrooms feature comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, cable TV and flat-screen TVs.

From the huge master suite you can lie in the SuperKing bed and watch the sunsets, recline on the sumptuous chaise longue, or relax in front of the 48' TV. The master en-suite features a large Whirlpool bath for indulgent relaxation.

The kitchen is fully-fitted high-end appliances and plenty of necessary items, and the granite countertops create a perfect breakfast bar

All electronics are high-end. The fully equipped media room includes a 48' LED TV with surround sound, Blu-ray player and a Playstation 4.

The whole unit benefits from a top-of-the-range Sonos music system, which wirelessly links the kitchen, media room, lounge, master and master bath into one network. Use the condo's included tablet to control music throughout the condo or sync in your own device to play your own library. A music streaming service is included for unlimited music streaming.

A comprehensive alarm system has been fitted for guests' added security. This is monitored 24h off-site and can be set fully or just perimeter to allow guests to set at night whilst occupying the unit. An on-site security guard at night provides additional peace of mind.

The unit offers secure underground parking whilst the boutique development of just nine units features a newly-equipped fitness room, infinity pool and hot-tub. The pool deck includes tables, chairs and comfortable loungers.

A housekeeping service is included (apart from Sundays and public holidays) and guests are asked to specify their requirements.

Sea Breeze is a boutique luxury beach-front development. There is a communal pool with hot-tub, scuba room and fitness room. The strata has recently purchased new loungers and tables for the beach area to provide plentiful beach-front seating.

Sea Breeze recently installed a new beach-front grill so guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets whilst preparing a meal by the beach. Unfortunately, Cayman Islands law does not allow private grills on the terraces of licensed rental condos.

About Llion Ogden

We lived in the Cayman Islands from 2007-2009 before moving to Monaco, but have found it difficult to break our ties with the islands. We have been back with our two young children every year since, and in 2014 we finally decided to buy ourselves a home in Cayman. We love spending time in Cayman with our friends, and the more we visit the more we seem to make. Our aim is to spend a month or two per year at Sea Breeze, school vacations allowing, and who knows what the future may hold.

We were blown away by the view, and know that it is on a beautiful part of the beach. The development offered everything we wanted for us and our family. The corner unit lets in lots of light, giving the unit a bright and breezy feel.

The unit has been furnished to a very high standard by one of Grand Cayman's premier interior designers. Her eye for detail helped us to realise our vision of a luxury home built on natural colours and distressed materials.

It was a gorgeous condo with design well thought.

We saw nesting green turtles on our last morning! The boys were able to track the nest and hold the hatchlings. The snorkeling outside the unit is nice and not far from the beach.

We did like the location, not too far from the hustle of SMB, but far enough away to not see or hear a lot of traffic.

Recline in the sumptuous chaise longue and take in the vista, or lie down on the bed and watch the sunsets or relax in front on the 48' HD TV. A large walk-in wardrobe compliments the the suite. The Twin Room has been arranged to be children-friendly, with a butterfly arrangement on the wall, a child-sized table and chairs, and a pack&play available. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are tastefully furnished and decorated, both with flat-screen TVs, wardrobes and full bathrooms. Both have Sea Views. The media room, can function as a fifth bedroom, with a pull-out sofa-bed.

The condo has a comprehensive alarm system if guests choose to use it. For added peace of mind you can arm just the perimeter at night to allow movement around the unit and when you go out you can set the full system. The development also has an on-site night-time security guard.

Beautiful Condo

My siblings and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days a few weeks ago. The unit is gorgeous. Looks brand new with high end amenities throughout. Beautiful views from the balcony . Lovely pool and of course pristine beach[ which they rake every morning in front of the unit. The unit surpassed our expectations in every way.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Convenient

Our family (6 people) spent 6 nights in this condo in January 2017 and it was one of our best vacations ever. The condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for all, and near many shopping and vacation activities. We particularly enjoyed sunsets from the balcony, the pool/beach, and nearby biking and snorkeling. We would love to come back again soon!

As good as it gets!

This was our first time to Grand Cayman and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom so even the teens didn't have to fight for the shower :) It was spacious, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach greeted us every morning as we had our coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. Amazing upscale restaurants (e.g. Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch) and casual beach side tiki bars (e.g. Macabuca, Calico Jacks, etc.) were just minutes away by car. Evening swims in the pool under the stars topped off each day. Kitchen was well stocked and included a powerful blender perfect for afternoon tropical smoothies! We would not hesitate to rent this property again or recommend to friends and relatives.

Our extended family of 7 (including 2 young children) found this to be the perfect beach property. The 4 bed, 5 bath condo had every amenity, was very roomy as well as beautifully and comfortably furnished, and was situated conveniently to groceries and beach restaurants. Our little ones loved the pool; snorkeling and the beach was wonderful right in front of us, and we used the grill, hammock, and beach palapa with loungers regularly. A perfect sanctuary for a relaxing and quiet seaside getaway!

Simply amazing

A magnificent apartment, beautifully decorated with amazing sea views. The quality of the appliances is excellent and the bed linen superb. Exceptional value!

The location is on the beach near all amenities and shops. The description in the advertisement is spot on and the owner has been a pleasure to deal with.

An absolute must place to stay if in the Caymans.

The sea outside Sea Breeze is a snorkelers paradise. Cemetery Beach and Reef is considered to offer the best Snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Go out a little further and you'll reach some of the area's best Scuba diving sites including the wreck of the Kittiwake. There are a number of dive companies to choose from who all offer access to these beautiful dive sites, whilst shore diving is also a popular option.

Sea Breeze is situated at the more pristine end of SMB, offering peace and privacy, whilst retaining countless amenities in the locality.

Fosters Supermarket is only a few hundred metres away and is a good-sized grocery store. There are another three supermarkets within driving reach, giving guests the opportunity to shop around.

Venture a mile or two up into West Bay and you can find both of Cayman's Dolphin parks, the famous Boatswains Bay Turtle Farm, Hell (you can send a postcard from Hell's own Post Office), and Barkers Beach which is popular with Kite Surfers.

A few hundred meters across the island from Sea Breeze you will find the Cayman Yacht Club and Marina. Many trips across the North Sound to the unmissable Stingray City and Rum Point start here although many tour operators will pick you up from home.

Anyone after a great retail experience should venture to Camana Bay. This new town in the heart of Seven Mile Beach is an upmarket development offering everything from top restaurants, to a multi-screen cinema, book and coffee shops, a Mac store and clothing boutiques.

For those interested in golf, the North Sound Club is currently Cayman's sole 18-hole course and is just a three of four minute drive away. In close proximity are two popular nine-hole courses at Britannia and The Ritz Carlton.

The Ritz is the island's premier 5 Star resort and can be found four km away from Sea Breeze. It offers full-resort amenities as well as the Silver Rain Spa, and some of the best restaurants on the island including Blue and Seven.

Grand Cayman's capital George Town is a ten minute drive away and is a duty-free shoppers paradise with countless jewellery and luxury brand stores.
