If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Manitou Springs, you will love this beautiful renovated Victorian house only a few steps to the COG Railway and the infamous Incline. The upgrades and the tasteful interior design give this home a very unique character and charm which stands out from the rest.

The house offers three big bedrooms, a family room with a Murphy bed, a living room and a formal dining room; all with lots of natural lights. The kitchen is a Chef's dream - with modern amenities, which include maple cabinets, stainless steel LG appliances, granite counters and two islands for social gathering. The house features a front load washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, flat screen TV, DVD players and plenty of games and art supplies to entertain your children.

You will love sitting on the front covered porch, drinking your morning coffee and watching the hikers as they make their way to the top of the Incline or sipping an evening drink listening to the sounds of the nearby creek.

This is the perfect house for 8 adults or a family wanting to be close to the outdoor activities and within walking distance to the shops and dining in Downtown Manitou Springs. You will appreciate the four dedicated parking spaces on the property and the free bus shuttle stop across the street during the high season.

About Suzanne

After 27 years in the Canadian Army, 3 tours in Afghanistan and Croatia and a 3 year at Peterson AFB working for NORAD, it was time to slow down and enjoy life and what Colorado has to offer. Could not think of a better place than Manitou Springs with all the fantastic outdoor venues as well as this historic boarding house that has been an exciting and artistic project to restore in the last 3 years.

Why Suzanne chose West Colorado Springs

Yes! Like many others, I fell in love with Manitou Springs. I feel incredibly fortunate to have created a mountain heaven that allows me to indulge in all the activities I enjoy on a regular basis, including hiking up the Incline or Barr Trail, mountain biking at Red Rock Canyon, cycling loops around the Garden of the Gods or taking a stroll in downtown Manitou Springs and enjoying the art community and the great food of our local restaurants.

What makes this house unique

The house is the best place for people watching as hikers and runners make their way up Pikes Peak and the Incline. It is also the ideal place if you want to hike up the many trails around the house, take the COG train to the top of Pikes Peak or avoid the traffic and take the free shuttle to downtown Manitou and enjoy the various eateries and shops.

IT WAS AMAZING. GREAT STAY. 6 STARS.

Wonderful experience. Suzanne was very welcoming, she came by herself to shovel the snow! She also helped us to figure out a wonderful coffee maker, everyone really enjoyed the coffee. This is the second time we stay at this house and the second time it feels like home. Definitely want to come back. Suzanne, thank you so much! I really enjoyed my birthday. Everybody loved the house.

Me & a group of girl friends spent 2 nights at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect. The house has been beautifully updated & has everything that you need to be comfortable & feel at home & relaxed. I would highly recommend this property. Close to lots of things to do. The shops & restaurants in town are awesome.

The owner, Suzanne, was so wonderful & accommodating. She followed up with us not only before our trip, but during to make sure that we had all that we needed & that we didn't have any questions or concerns.
