Augusta and the surrounding areas do not offer a lot of choice when it comes to luxury overnight accommodations. During the Masters golf tournament week each year many local residents leave Augusta and rent out their homes to accommodate the need for additional overnight accommodations. This home is available year round, and if you have business or an event in Augusta or the surrounding CSRA, we know you will enjoy making this your home away from home.
Location, location location! Plus we really take pride in each of our vacation rentals in Augusta. Minutes to downtown Augusta and walking distance to Washington Rd restaurants & nightlife.
House is in the backyard of the Augusta National Golf course. It's also convenient to I20 and downtown Augusta-5 minutes to both. Complex is quiet (both residents and no traffic noise). House is nicely appointed for short stay. I did purchase two cereal bowls for my stay (10 weeks). Previous comments mention the lack of bowls. Property manager Lora couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. She arranged for a new washer/dryer within 2 days of letting her know there was a problem. Highly recommend this property for short or longer stays.
The town home was lovely! It is very well decorated and the complex is quiet and safe. It looks exactly as the pictures on the website show. We loved that it was a gated community. The town home is accurately described.
The rental company was great to work with. Jessica was sweet and attentive to our needs.I had a few conversations with her and she was fun and friendly!
The town home was clean but not immaculate. I mentioned to Jessica that their cleaning company needs to be more thorough.
Most things were supplied for us-stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, coffee maker, etc. A few things the town home was missing was a hair dryer, can opener, cutting board, and soup bowls (I had to eat out of a mixing bowl.). The fitness center was a disappointment as most of the equipment didn't work.
Overall, we loved the town home and had a good experience. We would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.
We found two places to work out. The YMCA downtown Augusta on Broad street is wonderful! Free your first time then $10 a visit after. Mays Park is across from the correction facility and police department. $2 for an all day pass. The people were so kind!
For a fun resale shop go to Uptown Cheapskate! Great finds!!!
Having the ability to walk to Augusta National made my volunteer week at The Masters easy. An outside Grill would be a great addition to this property.

The rental is superb and far better than a hotel with much higher prices. The kitchen - complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc, the two bathrooms, the two full bedrooms with closets, and the well-appointed living room offered plenty of room for my family and me while we waited to close on a house.
The location was also great for access to Ft. Gordon (20 mins away) as well as to a number of local restaurants and grocery stores.
This is a gated community set on a really pretty hill abutting the Augusta National Golf Course. If you're thinking of attending the Masters, this would be a premium place to stay.
Good for 2 adults and a good location close to super markets, especially liked Fresh Food and many restaurants. Easy access to the historical center of Augusta although pretty dead on the Sunday we visited.
My wife, 3 children (6,4,2) and I stayed here for a week while visiting family in Augusta. It was the perfect set-up for us - two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a pack-n-play in the master. If you have need for more beds, there is a pull out couch in the living room. It was spotless and despite its age (built in the '60s) it was completely updated and decorated very tastefully. The WiFi is fast, there's all of the cable channels, a fully stocked kitchen and tons of linens. It is a quiet neighborhood which looks to be filled with young professionals. While we didn't use it, the pool looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.
