Stayed here last year and returned this year. Beautiful condo, well appointed with marvelous location right on ocean. My grandchildren loved the large pool and enjoyed all the activities Ponce Inlet affords. Would highly recommend. Well return here next year.
Our family always vacations in Florida and usually tries to travel around to different beaches each time. Our last visit was to Ponce Inlet Florida and instead of trying a new destination next year, we're going back to PI! This is one of the quaintest, classiest beach towns we have ever been to. With such a small town vibe, you instantly feel like a local. To say that our stay at East Wind was relaxing is an understatement, by the end of the week we were ready to move in. It was so quiet and peaceful to relax on the balcony for meals or coffee, with nothing but the sound of the ocean in the background. When we did feel like getting out and about, being able to walk to such a great seafood and breakfast restaurant with live music was icing on the cake (the North Turn, which is just a few steps to the South)!
The owner Edson was also very accommodating and friendly. We can't wait to go back!
I had rented this unit a couple of days before arriving in August 2009. We were 5 adults and two babies (3 & 10 months). We were so satisfied with our stay that we are currently looking to come back in August 2011. The unit was perfect for our party, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Don't need to bring anything from home, everything is provided (linens, kitchenware, towels, even beach supplies and some little surprises as well!) Washer and dryer available in unit as well, very important with two babies! Everything was perfect in ths unit, it was very clean. Price was great and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to be on the non-driving section of the beach. The view from our balcony was flawless, you never get tired of it. We would have all our meals on the balcony to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. Quiet area, the building was almost empty, we had the pool to ourselves almost the whole week. The only reason why I put 4 stars is only because the other building was undergoing major renovations so it got noisy at some point but a part from that, I can't say enough!
