All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. We were very disappointed with this property. We stayed in Sept. for a family wedding. Carpets were in need of cleaning. Ceiling fans were all very dusty, had to call to get someone to come back and clean them. Light burned out in utility room. Broken and missing tile in entry. They had a rug over it so you didn't realize there was a problem. My sister stepped on it and almost fell. I reported several problems we had someone was supposed to get back to me but never did.
This place was perfect for our large group. I loved the location right on the middle of the greater Vail-Eagle-Avon area as it allowed us to explore any of those specific regions easily. The open space on the top level meant plenty of room for everyone to gather together for meals, conversation, and board games. The lower levels provided much needed need private space for smaller groups including the kids in our groups. This place was quite reasonable for the great accommodations it provided our big group.
We felt very fortuntae to find this property for a family reunion over Labor Day. It was perfect, the home is beautiful and laid out nicely. It has 5 bedrooms plus 2 sets of bunk beds and was perfect for our 5 families. Each family had their own private bedroom yet the great room had ample space for us to enjoy. The table is large enough that we could all sit around it including two small children. We often play cards or games in the evening and the table worked great for that. There is also a smaller table if there were two activities. The view from the balcony is spectacular and was enjoyed by all of us. Paper goods were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. There is a park a few blocks away that our grandchildren enjoyed and a beautiful pond. The house is located in a quiet beautiful area yet activities are a short distance away. We enjoyed the Festival, bike riding (beautiful trails) and Bob's Place. This is a spot that I would definitely rent again and I wouldn't hesitate calling VRBO especially Robin the next time I want to rent a home. Robin was great and answered all my questions prior to our vacation.
We rented this condo for our family reunion/getaway to Vail, Colorado. It turned out to be a wonderful setting, allowing ample space for us all to gather together, while at the same time allowing for each of the five individual families to be able to retreat to their own private space. The three levels were great for providing privacy. Kitchen and laundry facilities were much appreciated, and the parking was convenient. I'd highly recommend this condo.
We found 243 stone creek online and handled the entire booking process on the website & thru email. The only reason we didn't talk to anyone is because we didn't need to! The information provided was everything we could have imagined. We got everything we expected & there were so surprises/disappointments.
The purpose for the stay was for my wedding in eagle and we had the entire bridal party staying there. With all the chaos involved in wedding planning & coordinating it was such a huge relief that the vacation rental required zero attention aside from the booking. Having Holly available for any issues was also very reassuring. Overall, our experience with iTrip went exactly as we'd hoped. I WILL be recommending them to others in the future as well as utilizing them myself. If I must provide any recommendations, and this is a stretch, but we would've enjoyed a hot tub and dining area on the top porch. Also, the guy hammering on the wall at 7am sucked but luckily the construction next door will be done before winter season.
Great work & thank you!
