Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.

We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

The studio can sleep up to four guests.

It has a Queen size bed and a double sofa bed.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.

The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.

Arrivals are between 2-6PM. There is a late arrival fee of $50 for arrivals between 6-8PM

Departure is prior to 11AM.

Location was good and place was fine, but it is overpriced for what it is as it's very small. Management responded to emails quickly but they have a team of people so you never know who you are speaking with, so you get redundant emails / questions sometimes. I did have the following issues during my 2.5 month stay: no internet for a few days, no hot water for 2 days and heat didn't turn on for a few days at the beg of winter - Fairly quick resolution but def annoying. The bathtub plug also doesn't work so no baths FYI. Also it's EXTREMELY noisy outside as there is construction right across the street and constant emergency vehicles going by the area (but all of Manhattan is noisy, so this probably isn't incrementally that much worse). Also there is a skylight that doesn't shut so you need an eye mask if you want to sleep in. They make a big deal about greeting you before 7pm to avoid late check in - they actually tried to screw me over by telling me I wouldn't be met at all if I arrived after 7pm and I had to escalate to Home Away. It was very stressful, shady and unprofessional. It is a 5 story walkup so be aware of that. They have a building manager / helper Raphael and he was so nice and excellent at helping out when needed. I assume they do a very high level clean of the place as I found a lot of dust on the bed frame and it gave me allergies. Overall, the location is really good and I never found any cockroaches so if you aren't too high maintenance you will probably be overall satisfied.

Great location and clean apartment, no elevator so not really good for lugagge

In general it was very nice, the apartment was clean and the location is great, the bad thing is that there is no elevator you you have to go up 5 floors each day, there is a window in top of the bed that you can't close so the sun in really uncomfortable in the morning and the AC is loud and not very good.

But everything else was really nice, good service and an ok size for a studio

We encourage guests to contact us pertaining to any issue they may have.

We would like our guests to please treat the apartment as if it were their own. This includes having consideration for other guests staying in the apartment building. There is to be absolutely no smoking and no pets on the premise. There are to be no children under the age of 10 on the premise due to safety issues of there being no guards on the windows.

Lessor is not liable for loss, expense, or damage to any person or property, unless due to Lessor’s gross negligence. Tenant is responsible for all acts of itself, occupants, Tenant’s family, employees, guests, agents or invitees. Damages caused by an act or neglect of Tenant or guest of Tenant, must be repaired at the Tenant’s expense. If the Tenant fails to make such repairs, the cost of the repairs will be taken from the Tenant’s security deposit.

Tenant must reimburse Lessor for any of the following fees and expenses incurred by Lessor.

1)Making any repairs to the Apartment or the Building which result from misuse or negligence by Tenant or persons who live with Tenant, visit the tenant or working for Tenant.
2)Repairing or replacing property damaged by Tenant’s misuse or negligence.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
