We had a great time. The beds good have been a little more comfortable, the second queen size bedroom needed a dresser. But we loved everything else, the instructions for checking in were different than the email that was sent
Everything was awesome definitely recommend someone to stay there
This property was in a wonderful location. We had a very nice stay :)
Loved our stay. House so suited for family and children. Definitely want to return...
We rented this house to attend our grandsons high school graduation. Besides my husband and myself, we had my daughter, her husband and their 2 small children, my son in laws parents and a cousin. The house fit all of us perfectly. This is a very large, quite, house that is very kid friendly. The weather was amazing, and the grand kids loved seeing the deer that came down the hill to enjoy the salt lick. We would recommend this home to anyone.
Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ?
The listing was exact. Phenomenal property.
Was the property clean and well-maintained ?
The property was very well maintained and clean. Eah of the three bedrooms and bathrooms were full stocked with all necessities and beddings. Very comfortable.
Did the owner provide good customer service ?
We had a few items that were not taken care of, but beyond the owners immediate knowledge. Once we let the owner know about the Internet and the hot tub, they had the cable company out with an hour and a hot tub cleaning company out with a few hours. Internet problem was unforseen and quickly corrected. Hot tub cover had shifted and allowed sand into the water, again, beyond owner's control. They were extremely helpful and attended to our needs right away.
Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ?
Definitely. We are already making plans for another trip to the Oregon Coast (North Bend/Coos Bay) next August for a two week stay and are planning on having some old classmates stay with us at the house.
What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ?
The house sits just north of the North Bend Bridge on a very private driveway overlooking the scenic Oregon Dunes Parks, the Bay, the Pacific Ocean off in the distance and Highway 101. A very beautiful location with free range deer and several very friendly cats that greet you when you come home or leave.

Beach combing and calm digging is within minutes. Checking low tide tables and the going to Sunset Bay to explore the tide pools is always fun. Whale watching is a must. Visiting the museums in the area and exploring the wooden areas within the city parks is fun. Mingus Park in central Coos Bay offers a relaxing time amidst beautiful Japanese gardens. Friday nights during late August through early November offer sports enthusiasts the ability to watch exciting North Bend Bulldog or Marshfield Pirate football. Both schools are very competitive on the state level in many sports. Antique shops too!
