Enjoy beautiful 180 degree views of the Mediterranean from 4 private terraces, located directly above the beach, in the most sought after pedestrian zone of town. Great location, steps to the beach, and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Absolutely no need for a car.

There are 4 beaches within easy walking distance, offering kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling and boat trips, as well as sun-tanning and bathing. Within 200 meters of the villa on the same street can be found a number of great restaurants, a popular Spanish Bar, and a good little grocery store. The famous Balcon d’Europa is also right around the corner, and visible from the terraces.

This spacious, characterful, two-story Andalusian villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a comfortable living room with large plasma TV, satellite and terrestrial antenna, and WiFi throughout. As the villa is located on a pedestrian street there is no parking at the villa, however there are two large municipal parking lots very close by, one indoor and one outdoor.

Air-conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the living/dining area.

Lovely main terrace with private pool, loungers and a table for alfresco dining.

Fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Nirvana in Nerja

It has been our good fortune to stay in this beautiful home (not an apartment) located right in the scenic heart of Nerja, just around the corner from the Balcon de Europa. The house is in the old Spanish style and with all modern conveniences. It is very spacious, more than the website photos can capture. Every room is a delight. The décor is very pleasing and the furnishings, including the beds, are very comfortable. It is wonderful being able to dine on the outside patio, oceanfront, overlooking a beautiful small beach and the Balcon de Europa. The kitchen is abundantly supplied with nice cookware, dishware, pots and pans and quality knives. There are many staples such as sugar, salt, spices, oils, etc - much more than commonly provided in vacation rentals. There is a dishwasher, coffee maker, large refrigerator/freezer, too much to mention. You feel like you have been invited to enjoy someone’s family home – which you have. We are here in the winter and as such have not used the pretty pool. We can imagine what a delight this would be in the summer months. To us, Nerja itself is a cut above the other Costa del Sol towns. It retains its small-town charm, yet has everything you will need during a vacation. The oceanfront has low-rise buildings, not high-rise like so much of the Spanish coastline. There are wrought iron balconies with flowers trailing down from their windows, little cobbled streets to discover. The area of town where the locals shop (and we too) has ambience. The people who are lucky enough to live in Nerja are friendly. Everyone smiles easily – and why not, to us this has become our ideal of Nirvana. If you choose to stay here at Mike and Luba's vacation home, you will enjoy a memorable vacation. It is more than amazing.

Oceanfront, Right on the Balcon Europa, Extremely Large 2 story house.

Completely furnished & supplied with top end items. The owners live here when it is off the market. the house is super clean & well maintained. The customer service is excellent. We will definitely stay here whenever we are near Nerja.

You will not find a better house in Nerja,

the ideal vacation spot in Nerja!

We stayed here in June 2015 for one week and it was amazing! The caretaker greeted us and she was lovely and left us some provisions to start our vacation. She worked near by so it was easy to find her had we any questions about the area or the house. The homeowner was in touch when we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The home is very special: comfortable, perfect location, stunning views, and well decorated. The terraces were our favorite spots. We have 2 children (ages 7,9) who loved the pool even after a long day at the beach. We spent most of our time outdoors unless we were sleeping. The kitchen is very well appointed but did not get much use since there are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The location was absolutely our favorite! We spent most of our days at Playa Burriana; it is about a 15-minute walk from the home. There are closer beaches (playa calahonda is right below the home’s terrace) but we loved the activity, the restaurants, and the play areas at Burriana. At the end of each day we would spend time on the terrace while the kids enjoyed the pool. There are many stores, restaurants right in the neighborhood. We did have a car with us (but did not need in Nerja) and left it in a close by parking area (easy walk) for the week. The wifi worked great in the home. There was a full bathroom right off the terrace which was nice so for use with the pool. The master bedroom and guest bedroom were large with good storage for suitcases, etc. We would absolutely recommend, 5 stars plus!!

Having not many reviews to go on we though we would give 8 Calle Hernando de Carabeo, a try and boy were we glad we did , the photos dont do it justice .when my wife and i with 2 teens and mother in law arrived and you walk through the front door it opens up and goes on and on like the tardis , having stayed in some of the finest places money can buy , pound for pound its the very best you can get in nerja , the location is perfect,right in the middle of town The views off any of the 4 balconys is absolutly stunning and watching the sun rise from the bedroom patio was jaw dropping. If you have children and family (not young children deep pool and big steps) this is ideal . It has 3 large bedrooms one with a dressing room and exercise bike all really well equiped and beautifully done.

there are also 3 bathrooms throughout with one large one with shower next to the pool which is very welcoming on many a hot day ,the property also has all the gadgets dishwaser laundry room etc . The main downstairs areas are really well equiped with big electric leather reclining chairs and theres

also really good wifi if you need it along with the use of the pc , on the outside there are 4 different sitting patios excluding the roof area where you can get a good birds eye view right up the street, but at the back of the house is where the views are simply stunning , your at an elevation high above the beech and at a simlar hight to the balcon de europe which is to your right . i cant rate this place highly enough to do it justice and dont really stay in the same plave twice but i would definately go back at twice the price , ill put on some pics but im no david bailey , so cheers mike for letting us rent your wonderful nerja house .

Perfect seaside villa in Southern Spain-- you'll never want to leave!

Our family of four from U.S. were delighted to stay in this villa June, 2015. The pictures did not even do it justice. We didn't realize that the villa is in this amazing location, overlooking the dramatic Mediterranean sea. You are in the center of everything-- a vibrant town-- known as a beach destination across Europe-- restaurants with great variety of cuisines, beaches, and mountain views everywhere. The villa itself is elegant, spacious, welcoming, comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need, very clean. Villa has multiple balconies with views of the Mediterranean, a beautiful swimming pool, just paces from an uncrowded beach. We only wish that we had planned to stay longer. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. Couldn't have been better. We miss our home in Nerja so. We will definitely be back!

Best location in Nerja. Great home! Great owners

My wife and I have been travelling to Nerja for 44 years. (Since 1972!) We have stayed in many parts of town, and in many types of accommodation. Since 2,000, we have always chosen to stay on Calle Carrabeo, near the heart of the town. (The lower the number of the address, the closer the location to the historic Balcon de Europa.) This home, with a single digit address on Carrabeo, is about the best there is. The home is spacious, bright, well equipped, comfortable and well taken care of by the owners. It even has a new dishwasher for the comfort and convenience of guests! The owners are very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone, and my wife and I look forward to an opportunity in the future to stay there again. David. British Columbia, Canada
