This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath corner unit has totally been upgraded and is a premier unit with fabulous views with a very large wrap around balcony. There is king in the master and queen size beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with full views of the Gulf of Mexico in 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have Flat screen TV`s. The Master bathroom has a Full-size jetted Jacuzzi bath with separate shower. There is access from the master bedroom and living area to your large private balcony where you can watch the dolphin play while having your morning coffee and will make your trip relaxing and memory filled. Just imagine an 85 foot wrap around balcony to view the spectacular evening sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage or maybe that much needed nap. If you want to eat in you will be able to cook any meal in the large kitchen.

A notification for all guests: A 'No Smoking' policy was adopted at the Board of Directors meeting on Friday, September 18, 2015. This policy went into effect January 1, 2016 and will also include a prohibition on e-cigarettes. Smoking will be prohibited in all outdoor common areas such as the pool and hot tub decks, parking garage, 1st floor east and west passageways, and the 3 boardwalks to the beach. Smoking will also be prohibited in enclosed common areas such as elevators, 2nd floor office and conference room, elevator lobbies, public restrooms, fitness center, and indoor pool area in accordance with The City of Gulf Shores Clean Air Ordinance 1478.
There are outdoor designated smoking areas on the east and west ends of the building under the parking deck ramps. Smoking within the units and balconies will be at the discretion of the owner (all Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rental units are non-smoking units). Signs were posted to advise guests of the policy prior to the New Year. Please advise your guests prior to their arrival that Lighthouse is a 'No Smoking' building.
A group of us have rented in the Lighthouse for five or six of the last eight or nine years. This unit was by far the most disappointing of all! While the furnishings were OK and the beds comfortable, the condo was filthy. The baseboards throughout the unit had never been wiped down, the stools at the bar in kitchen were very soiled, the paint was all chipped under the bar in hallway and the wall in front of bar stools had foot prints all over it! The worst was the bed skirt in the third bedroom had blood on it! When we arrived, the whirlpool tub in the master bath did not work and the second bathroom had a very slow drain in sink. We called Kaiser with our concerns and Sarah sent someone immediately to repair the plumbing problems and remove the bed skirt, but told us the other issues were up to the owner to correct. It really didn't matter to us who's issue it was, the condition of the unit was unacceptable! We made the best of it and as usual enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. I think the owners/management should make an adjustment to our rentals well as return of our deposit. Will not stay in this unit again!
It was very nice and spacious! Furniture was comfortable. The only think I didn't like was the fact that there were no curtains in the main living area.....just white shear ones. It was hard to keep cool in there.
