🐶 PET POLICY
We only allow dogs in the property. There's a pet fee of $119 per pet per night. Planning a stay of 5 days or more? Enjoy a 50% discount on the pet fee. Opting for an extended stay of a month or beyond? Benefit from an impressive 75% discount on the pet fee.
👥 ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
Our property accommodates up to 14 people comfortably. If you have up to 6 more people joining your stay, you may do so for an additional fee of $50. Beyond this limit, each extra person will incur a charge of $50. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have more than 14 people during your stay.

A great central location is about 5 minutes NW of the airport, 10 minutes SE of downtown, and 15 minutes to Zilker Park or Formula 1.

There is room for one vehicle in front of the home and two small vehicles in the garage. Free street parking is available if additional parking is needed.

Additional supplies must be brought by guests. 🧼 THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.
🛡️ Extended Stay Insurance Policy: A fee of $39 per reservation for 1-29 nights will be applied, covering comprehensive insurance for each booking. For reservations extending 30 nights, a monthly insurance fee of $199 will be applied. This fee covers insurance for the entire duration of the stay. In the event of staying more than 30 nights, a charge of $6.99 per night will be applied, providing continuous coverage. This policy ensures a comprehensive level of protection throughout the extended stay.

-Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund, minus service fees.
