A notification for all guests: A 'No Smoking' policy was adopted at the Board of Directors meeting on Friday, September 18, 2015. This policy went into effect January 1, 2016 and will also include a prohibition on e-cigarettes. Smoking will be prohibited in all outdoor common areas such as the pool and hot tub decks, parking garage, 1st floor east and west passageways, and the 3 boardwalks to the beach. Smoking will also be prohibited in enclosed common areas such as elevators, 2nd floor office and conference room, elevator lobbies, public restrooms, fitness center, and indoor pool area in accordance with The City of Gulf Shores Clean Air Ordinance 1478.
There are outdoor designated smoking areas on the east and west ends of the building under the parking deck ramps. Smoking within the units and balconies will be at the discretion of the owner (all Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rental units are non-smoking units). Signs were posted to advise guests of the policy prior to the New Year. Please advise your guests prior to their arrival that Lighthouse is a 'No Smoking' building.
The view from this condo was very nice but the condo itself needs some work. Closet doors were off the track, SEVERAL light bulbs were blown, etc. The condo was also not stocked with things commonly used like knives and a pizza cutter. Sweeping is a must when you are at the beach, there was a very old broom there that we used but no dust pan or way to get it up so all we could do is sweep it against the wall.
Condo was in need of a good cleaning! The basics where clean, but every corner I looked in had a layer of filth. Master bed was hard and needed the pillows replaced.
