The beach home has amazing views of the beach. It is an easy, short walk to the beach. The home appears to be completely renovated with new finishes, updated bathrooms, and beautiful kitchen. This house has two bedrooms on the ground floor (sleeps six). Two bedrooms plus a hide away sofa bed on the main floor (sleeps six), two bedrooms on the second floor (sleeps six), and a crows nest with two twin beds (sleeps two). This beachfront neighborhood has easy access to the Gulf State Park and all its many walking trails. Highly recommend this home.
This was a great gated community of about 18 houses. The houses are canted so that each has views of the ocean. You are so close to the pool, tennis court and bridge to the beach that it tops staying at a local highrise condo. We had teenagers, toddlers, and the in-laws for a total of 11 people and you always felt like you had space, except maybe for the kitchen.
Here are my pros:
*Convenient to everything needed
*Plenty of bathrooms
*Well maintained grounds
*Entry gate of the "gated" community never worked during the 7 days
*Overall maintenance/repair of the house was very poor
*Appears as if cleaning crew cut corners, even swept everything under the rug, literally
*One bedroom did not have A/C making it useless in the Summer
*The 4th floor bedroom in the cupola had a floor register & ceiling fan but never got below 80*, useless
