Nice, very clean house. It has everything you need and a very nice accommodating owner.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for almost a week and it was great. A fun little house that had everything we needed. It was very low key and the little extras were awesome. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Even in 95+ Heat and very humid, it was very comfortable.

We would definitely stay ther again.

Beautiful home

  • 4 of 5

We arrived Sunday evening and we were impressed when we found a large 3 bed home which was beautifully decorated with a decent size yard. There is a fair amount of road traffic if you are not used to that and if staying in the summer you will need the windows open as ac is not provided as the advertisement states with the exception of a small one in the kitchen which was not working when we arrived. There were small half window fans in some of the rooms. We are used to ac and found in a bit uncomfortable as it was in the upper 80's and 90's during our stay. We cooked in and packed lunches and the kitchen is very minimally stocked if you enjoy cooking but will suffice to get the job done. Elaine left us muffins, bananas, cream and mini candy bars as a treat upon our arrival which was a nice touch. We had a few issues during our stay such as a non working ac, empty propane tank for the grill and locked ourselves out as we are not provided the key to the outside door. However, Elaine is super responsive, most times within moments of my emailing her. She offered to come out each time but we felt with such a short stay it was unnecessary to bother her. Overall we would highly recommend her property and her service to anyone needing a beautiful home to stay. Regards Karrie

Cute and Comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

Communication with the owner was easy. Responses to questions were answered promptly. My family of 4 only stayed 3 nights, but wished we would have booked longer. The decor was very nice and every detail was thought of. There were muffins and bananas waiting for us when we arrived, which was very welcoming. The bedding was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms.

Great place to stay.

  • 5 of 5

We thought this was a wonderful home to stay in. It has a wonderful private backyard with a fire pit and a back deck with four tall chairs and an umbrella. I believe there was a grill there, though we did not use it. Elaine left coffee cake and candy bars (!) for our arrival. The home was very neat and well-maintained. It was a very handy location to restaurants and the golf course. I would certainly recommend this home.

Stay in Dover

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I usually stay in a hotel when we visit our sons in Dover. Usually when we travel we rent a home or condo. This was the first time I used VRBO for our Dover visit.

This house was perfect! It is very well appointed and sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the deck and enjoyed a barbecue with our family. It is private and quiet.

There is occasional road noise, but not noticable to us.

We look forward to staying here again when we visit and hope this property will be available. Elaine even provided coffee, cream, bananas and coffee cake for breakfast.

Great house and a great host. Thank you!

Perfect location for our Needs!

  • 5 of 5

This home is much nicer than the pictures can convey. It was the prefect location for our trip and to the event we were attending and anything you needed to buy was no more than a mile or two away. The home is very clean, fully stocked with anything you could want. The owner is very nice, accommodating and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that wanted to visit this area.
