We love having a glass of wine on the patio and looking out across the water. We can see all the way down the lake on both sides. Its purely magical watching the boats and the people down below. We are always amazed at the amount to do in this area of town. Unit 206 4 bed, 2301 or 2401 3 bedrooms.Units 2301 and 2401 are the same just one above the other. However to better view the 4 bed see listing 845610 .There's always a new restaurant or spa to check out, new Art gallerys, festivals, the farmers market, the wine tasting. The kids love the biking and boating but we like the relaxing! We let them go off to a movie or the beach while we take it easy by the pool, playing tennis, or just hanging on the patio.
We are close to Tugboat Bay, this beach area is
located at the heart of the city, Waterfront Park has unbeatable views of Lake Okanagan, sandy beaches, beautifully landscaped gardens, washroom facilities, paddle boat rentals and boat launches. Observe Kelowna's diverse wildlife that inhabit the Rotary Marshes located at the north end of the beach. Take a stroll, or enjoy the delicious restaurants, located along the boardwalk which follows the waters edge all the way to City Park. If you're lucky, you may even catch some local talent on the Island performance stage

We have always been coming to the Kelowna area, and felt it was time to spend some really long summer holidays here. The condo fits the need for privacy, low maintanence and the comfort of home.
We walk everywhere! Can't do that in Calgary.
Thanks for a lovely vacation in your vacation condo, we loved unit 2301, great layout, stunning views, the pool area was lots of fun and we liked being so close to town with all its amenities. The beach is very convenient, so there was activities for everyone on the trip. We will be back!
Loved the great views from this unit. It overlooks the bird sanctuary and the lake. You can see everything going on below up here. Makes you feel like you are a part of the beach scene without being there. The pool was fun and there's barbecue areas and two hot tubs. The beach is a short walk away and is very shallow so great for the kids. The beach is also very safe and the cleanest of all the beaches in my opinion. Thanks again.
Misrepresented number of beds in separate rooms. Was told four beds in the three bedrooms, but reality was three bedrooms,three beds and a fourth sofa couch which was nearly unsleepable.
Location was very good but for loud 24 hour sawmill next door which also cast light from yard all night long. Curtains did not block the light,nor were they in good repair.
Otherwise amenities were as indicated, clean, functional and generally acceptable.
Overall disappointing given the price as misrepresentation of available beds.
A beautiful condo with an incredible view! It is well kept, spacious and comfortable. We were very impressed with the amenities, location and comfort. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
This unit was a great spot for our friends to hang out and go to the wineries, we could come back and relax before going out to great restaurants all within walking distance. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and well equipped with a barbecue and utensils. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the great pool area after dinner.We will be back!
We loved the view and the close proximity to great restaurants, and downtown. We felt the kitchen could have used more glass ware and some small bowls. The beds were very comfortable but some of the vertical blind slats were missing in the master bedroom, so a sleep mask may be in order. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and even had a game of pool in the amenities building. It was a great fit for our family of 4. Our adult children used the one bedroom as a TV, change room and the room with twin beds for sleeping. Also very close to the beach! I would recommend to friends or family.
Kelowna is known for its world class golfing, wineries and lakes. The water is warm and the beaches clean, the golfing is everywhere, and the wine is made by local wineries in the valley with many tour companies offering wine tours throught the sping and summer season.
Please note you must bring all personnel items, condiments and toilet paper if staying more then a weekend. We don't allow stags or staggettes at any of our properties. We take no responsibility for natural disasters, act of God, forest fires, and things we have no control over. We take no responsibility for injuries on the common grounds, pool, tennis courts, etc.
We allow a max of 5 unrelated persons, max 8 if you are related. This is a building by-law and fines of 200.00 will be implemented if these rules are not adhered to.

This is a rental by owner website, all of these rentals are owned and managed by we the owners. 150.00 cancellation fee. The Kelowna manager is in town but not on-site. We make every attempt at satisfying all guest needs but need 24 hrs. 150.00 cleaning fees for 5 night and under. All cancellations made before 60 days are refundable except for a 50.00 service fee
