The Grove is a private enclave with impressive views of Baddeck Bay, and Beinn Bhreagh. A short drive or bike ride finds you among Baddeck's many amenities, shops, bakeries and cafes, and Farmers' Market. Sit on the covered porch with your coffee and then take in a round at Bell Bay Golf Club, just steps away. The Grove is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor dining tables for six, two lush bedrooms and private baths, modern stainless kitchen, and laundry. The living spaces are bright, generously furnished, and leaves no view obstructed. Newly constructed and fully equipped with gas BBQ, and fire pit, and complimentary dry firewood. Tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable all year round.
The Grove is strictly non smoking.
We had a fabulous stay at Denise Allen's wonderful home in Baddeck. Perfectly located to be a base for our Cape Breton day trips, the property is comfortable, has new fixtures and plenty of room. It was very convenient to have everything on one level so my 83-year-old mother could get around with no trouble. We especially enjoyed using the grill most nights, and the fire pit enhanced our enjoyment of the evenings. The view of the lake was also splendid. We can't recommend this property highly enough.
The Grove proved to be an exceptional vacation choice for my wife and I and two of our close friends. The Grove is certainly as advertised and more. Very comfortable and very well equipped with modern amenities. It was an excellent home base for our golfing, exploring, Cabot Trail and Beddeck adventures. The facility was immaculate and the greeting upon arrival was warm. Subsequent evenings were enjoyed on the deck, around the fire, at one of Beddeck's good restaurants or just sitting at the kitchen bar and sipping a fine wine while reviewing the day's adventures. We highly recommend the Grove as an excellent destination choice for an adult Cape Breton holiday.

Over-delivered on our expectations. Absolutely beautiful property, very modern, well furnished and clean but with a charming Cape Breton feel. The town of Baddeck remains a favorite, great shops, food, and all the amenities.
An actual HOME that is comfy, modern, pristine and one which has an open-concept that encourages social-cocktailing aswell as large family dinners around the big dinning room table. Get sucked into two seating rooms where you can lay back and enjoy a scotch and tell stories of the days adventures! Baddeck is a stone's throw away with great pizza, coffee and friendly people. We did it all; four rounds of golf (Bell Bay, Highlands, The Lakes and Cabot Links) we jumped in the Atlantic for a surf in Point Michaud and ate lobster and crab and oysters at every opportunity. I'm looking forward to making this an annual destination. 5*
Our group stayed at the cottage for four nights/three full days of golf. It's a beautiful spot that has all the amenities++ and is in pristine condition. The Bell Bay vistas and the town/local surrounding are stunning. It was a fantastic home base for us to enjoy golf -- Bell Bay GC is one minute door to door; Cabot and Highland Links are both amazing tracks only short/beautiful drive away -- and then relax during the evening on the porch or by the outdoor fire. We all look forward to returning and will recommend to friends and family.
