This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away.

If you enjoy the outdoors, the Suite is surrounded by a courtyard with koi ponds, fountains, outdoor seating, and a heated pool

Provided is one free OFF-STREET parking space that is secure.

If you are renting a car we suggest a economy size for parking purposes.

Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, fridge, toaster oven, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

2 night minimum stay.

Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.

Rates are based on time of year and events.

Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.

Very disappointing

Great location and clean. The blackout curtains do exist as the responses to comments indicate; however, there are none in the kitchen and the light streams through the whole space as there is no separation to the bedroom. They provided 4 towels for 5 days for 2 people. The wet towels never dried before you needed to use them again. There is a closet but no hangers and no dresser to place your things in so we lived out of a suitcase. The worst part was the temperature control. The reviews said they responded quickly to texts. They basically didn't run the air after the first day . When we asked to have it turned down, the first time they ran one cycle. The last night, they never responded to our text from 4 am to 7:45 am. When we arrived I specifically asked if we could set to a temperature for the night time and was told "no, just text". Clearly, that didn't work. It's an upstairs unit so will always be warmer. If you can't navigate stairs, do not even attempt to rent this space. Booking the unit they were very responsive to questions. Since we've been home I've emailed twice about the issues while there and have had no response.

Clean, Perfect for 2 people, Great Location to Everything

This apartment was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location about 2 short blocks from North King which has a lot of bars and restaurants and about a mile walk to the Charleston open market.

Having a designated parking space is also very nice! Would stay here anytime!!

Great Location but.....

A little hard to find but once you do it near King street and very walkable to other Charleston favorites. It is a well appointed but small king bed w/ sitting area. Bathroom is small but has all the important parts. Kitchen has refrigerator/microwave/sink/small stove perfect for having a quick meal or keeping your beer/milk etc. I had two issues was with the the mattress is very soft and there is window treatments but are only there for cosmetics as they don't keep out any sunlight. I was awoken every day at sunrise. The keyless doors locks are great. It was very clean and had all the necessary accessories to make you feel at home.

Owner's Response: Hi Andy, Thank you for your review. I'm surprised about the curtains- they are black out shades! We will look into that and see if they possibly need to be replaced. The entrance to the Suite can be tricky to find, we try to provide the best directions that includes a map with pictures and arrows showing the path. Check-in is at 4 PM and we meet all of our guests that check in between 4 and 6 PM to prevent guests from having trouble finding the Suite. However, due to the keyless entry some guests check in after 6 PM which is not a problem. I'm sorry that you had trouble with this. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed the location. Location is excellent for this cozy accommodation for two

1. Location is great for accessing the buses and the water taxis, securing groceries at BiLo, accessing the Visitors Center and walking the peninsula and the bridge to Mt Pleasant

2. Communication about entry and location was clear and money matters were handled efficiently

3. Linen, dishes, cookware and cutlery are of nice quality

4. Shower is generous size with plenty of hot water

5. Keyless entry made entry and exit easy without worry of keeping up with keys

6. WiFi was steady and strong

7. Good use of small spaces .. lots of natural light

8. Appliances worked as intended

9. Courtyard and ponds greatly enhance the quality of staying here .. added space ..

The air handling is awkward in that you have to text if you want the temp changed, but the owner was prompt in making any needed changes. We would stay here for sure on a return visit to Charleston.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

We loved this little place! It's no bigger than a hotel room, but very well appointed and updated. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great. The location can't be beat - quick walk to fantastic restaurants and shops!! Our favorite part was coming down the alley in this cool part of town, going through the gate, to find the peaceful garden oasis! We had coffee out in the garden every morning. We were in close proximity to the neighboring property (sharing the garden area), but we had lovely, friendly neighbors and even had coffee with them one morning! We had a wonderful weekend in Charleston and would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved this property. The location was fabulous. We were able to walk to so many different bars and restaurants with ease. During the day, we could easily stroll to Battery Park or City Market in around 15 mins. The property was clean and cozy. The backyard with the pool, koi pond, and patio furniture was a nice bonus. Initially, it was difficult to get in touch with the property manager but in the end everything worked out well. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again. Charleston is now one of our favorite cities!

Car: not necessary

There are horse and carriage rides, multiple walking tours and historic house tours located just several blocks away. Many local boutiques and restaurants are easily available and walkable to enjoy during your days. Local farmers markets and festivals occur regularly here in our city at Marion Square conveniently located just 4 blocks away.
