The Space

Newly constructed ground floor Two Bedroom terraced apartment suitable for 3-5 people, inside a quiet area of the village of Kallithea, Chalkidiki only 300m from the beach (10-15min walk). The apartment is part of a private residential development with private entrance. One master bedroom with high quality queen size bed and wardrobe. Second room with one or two single beds and/or a double bed and big wardrobe. One full bathroom with shower. Open plan fully equipped kitchen with wooden kitchen table for six people, living room with TV, leather couches and coffee table.

Guest Access

Guests can access the communal garden of the complex and also sit and relax for coffee or drinks/food at any one of the two private terraces in the front entrance (accessible from living room) and back of the apartment (accessible from master bedroom).

Interaction with Guests

Guests will be greeted at arrival and departure by the owner or the complexes property manager who can provide helpful advice about the flat and the local area.

The Neighbourhood

The flat benefits from easy access to the beach only 300m away or about 10-15min on foot. Located in a quiet area inside Kallithea village but still only 5-10 minutes away from a wide variety of retail shops, supermarket, beach bars, restaurants, cafes, and bars for the night's entertainment.

Getting around

Approximately 1 hour drive (90klm) from Thessaloniki Airport. Public transport through buses every 30min - 1 hour to Thessaloniki or other Chalkidiki villages. Parking available free of charge on the street.
