THIS PRIVATE VILLA offers over 4000 sq. feet of air conditioned living space on 4 levels. All levels are accessed by a small elevator. LIVING / DINING LEVEL: This is where everyone will gather! The living room has ample comfortable seating in West Indian style furnishings, a large flat screen TV, a desk area and wide glass and mahogany doors opening to an ocean view balcony. The large glass top dining table serves 6 - 8.

KITCHEN: Also part of the living / dining area is a EUROPEAN KITCHEN. It’s fully equipped – with everything you need for cocktails and dinner. Top stainless steel appliances; granite counter tops and an oversized island with work space for all! PLUS double sliding doors open wide to the covered terrace and pergola for grilling, dining (6 - 8) and a cushy conversation sitting area.

MASTER BEDROOM 1: The top floor bedroom features a 4 poster King bed and opens to a romantic balcony overlooking the ocean. It has its own bath with this unique combination of limestone and river pebbles. A big walk in rain shower and double vanity sinks. Extra comfy seating, a flat screen TV and easy access to your private pool deck makes this a fantastic master suite.

Best Ever

Just returned from SXM and already missing the villa. We've been fortunate to visit a number of wonderful destinations and stay at great properties. Topaz 6 was the best - hands down. It starts with a hassle free arrival. The location is perfect - easy access to French and Dutch attractions but situated on a quite part of the island, a nice grocery and a couple of restaurants across the street. The is a ton of space - we traveled with our three teens and had a ton of space to spread out (and lots of opportunities to come back together). Shocked to find a whole other floor ground level with two additional day beds! All of the furnishings and appliances were top end. Our kids loved the elevator. However, the views make this property special. We loved sitting in the pool or on the top balcony and watching the cruise ships and arriving planes ... or just looking down at the beach and beautiful water. As the week went on, we were all content to just spend the day at this refuge. Lastly, don't underestimated the benefits of having Rayna provide housekeeping services. Hoping to return.

Paradise Found!

First off, I want to thank Dale, Rayma and Joy(security guard) for a never-to-be-forgotten vacation getaway. Their hospitality and friendliness were truly second to none. For me there is something to be said when your Host/Hostess and Staff make you feel like you own the place and that is exactly what they did! Once again THANK-YOU!

We were a group of five, Myself and Girlfriend Jacque, our sons(early twenties) and my son's girlfriend never felt cramped on space. The bedrooms all with en-suites were perfect! All the privacy and comfort you could want and hope for! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

The house was just like being at home! A professional style kitchen that could handle 5 grow-ups easily. We cooked everyday and there was everything that you needed to do so, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Terraces were the perfect places to relax after a long day at the beach and the Roof-top Pool was a favorite hang out for all of us to watch the Sun set and just cool off with a seriously was the best!

Rayma the housekeeper was there to make sure everything was perfect and was only there as we needed. She was happy to be there everyday we had only to ask! After our 7 days there she felt like family. The property was immaculate! Being gated was an added perk although we never felt unsafe.

This part of island is very quiet although a five minute drive gets to Maho Beach and the fun of arriving and departing Aircraft. There is a great little grocery store within walking distance and we visited frequently. There is everything you could want. Fresh produce, fresh meats, dairy, etc and all at reasonable prices along with a great assortment of wines and liquors. There are also a few restaurants there although we only visited Rendevous as the the others were closed...not sure if they were on holiday or not.

The beach is absolutely wonderful, very quiet with beautiful soft sand. We all like to snorkel and there is a small amount a marine life although the surf was a bit rough for the inexperienced snorkelers due to some of the rocks . There was an umbrella and lounge chair vendor there for added convenience, although Dale had Chairs and umbrellas there for us to use and we did very regularly. There are lots of great beaches very close by and during our stay we visited most of them packing the provided coolers with beverages and sandwiches.

We HIGHLY recommend Topaz 6 to everyone and we hope to return soon!!

Topaz 6 goes beyond the pictures, beyond the words and must be experienced. Everything was perfect from arrival through to our last day. Dale and team delivered on all counts and this was a vacation that we'll remember forever. We'll be back. Book now, enjoy. Perfection!

Dream Vacation Rental

We walked through the door of Topaz 6 and stepped into a dream vacation rental. The spacious multi-level floor plan, beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings created a perfect island atmosphere. Having a private rooftop pool to lounge by during the day or to catch an amazing sunset was a real bonus.

Beach access was easy and walking to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping are also easy from Topaz 6.

Topaz 6's amenities, wonderfully friendly housekeeper Rayma and beautiful view left us wishing we could stay longer. If you are looking for a rental filled with beautiful furnishings and amenities, look no further...Topaz 6 is the place!

Just Perfect

We just returned from a wonderful stay in St. Maarten and can not say enough positive things about Topaz 6! The unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for a party of 6 adults. The pool on the upper level was marvelous in the evening to watch the sunset or look at the full moon with your favorite libation. If you are considering this unit...just do it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Dale and the crew for an unforgettable stay.

Great location

Perfect accomodations for 3 couples. Staff at Elite made check-in easy and Dale phoned during the week to make sure everything met our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed villa with great ocean views with spectacular sunsets.
