3 Bedroom/2Bath Upscale Home With Private Lanai Overlooking Tranquil Pool-Spa

Walk To Beach-Less Than 1 Mile

Private Pool/Spa-Southern Exposure

New Construction-New Furnishings

This gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath home was newly built in 2012 with an open floor plan. It features detailed construction, with 12 foot ceilings, plantation shutters, and a wall of pocket sliding glass doors leading to a private, fenced yard with a covered lanai. The open air pool has an attached spa.The home was fit with new furnishings and decor in 2014 to make for an amazing, calming vacation retreat. Best of all, it is a short 1/2 mile from the white sands and clear aquamarine water of Vanderbilt Beach and the up-scale Ritz-Carlton Hotel. You are also just steps away from a walk/jog/bike path leading directly to Delnor-Wiggens Beach. This natural, serene beach, without high-rises or houses is great for total relaxation. Take the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach toys and enjoy the day on the powder sugar, white sand beaches. Rent jet-skis, a boat, kayaks, or paddle boards and explore the Gulf of Mexico. Build sand castles, spend the day shelling or just sunbathe. Take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the salt water! Visit a near-by marina for a fishing charter or sunset cruise. Afterwards, enjoy the world-class shopping and dining all located within a few miles.

Shop for groceries at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Publix all located within 1 1/2 miles of our home. Enjoy cooking in our gourmet well-equipped kitchen, grill poolside or pack a picnic for the beach. A picnic is a great way to enjoy the fabulous Gulf sunsets! Delicious prepared foods can be found at all the nearby grocery stores.

After a day at the beach, The Mercato, a newly built shopping & dining complex is only 3 blocks away. Here, you can dine at the many restaurants and cafes, such as McCormick & Schmick's, Naples Flatbread and Wine Bar, Stage 62 Deli, The Counter Burger, Chipotle , Bravo!, and AZN Azian Cuizine. Grab a coffee at The Second Cup, or dessert at Grace and Shelly's Cupcakes or Yogurbella. Enjoy dinner and a movie at the state of the art Silverspot Cinema. Have fun shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Tommy Bahama and Z Gallerie, among others, or linger over a cocktail at Blue Martini.

Less than 1 mile from our home, dine beachfront at The Turtle Club at The Vanderbilt Beach Resort, The Grill or Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, or The Baleen at LaPlaya Beach Resort. (The Turtle Club is a great places to enjoy a cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets.)

A short drive south on Tamiami brings you to up-scale shopping and restaurants at the Waterside Shops and The Villiage at Venetian Bay.

Continue Tamiami south to Olde Naples. Here you can spend an enjoyable evening strolling along Fifth Avenue South and 3rd Street South. You will find an irresistible mix of glamour and laid-back ease. This quaint area is packed with boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs. Dine at the original Tommy Bahamas on charming historic 3rd Street South. Stroll along Fifth Avenue South and peruse the menus to choose your personal favorite! Don't forget to enjoy my favorite activity, people-watching! Stop by the famous Naples Pier, a community landmark since 1888, extending 1000 feet into the Gulf of Mexico.

Nearby, Tin City, is a fun eclectic place to visit. Originally a 1920's clam and oyster processing plant it is now home to 40 original boutiques and 2 great waterfront restaurants that are priced for families! For those who want to explore Naples waterways, Tin City is also home to several charter and tour boat companies.

From the house, drive north on Tamiami (Rt 41) to the outdoor mall in Estero, Coconut Point or for outlet shopping go to Miromar, an outlet shoppers' paradise with over 140 top designer and brand name stores.

Golfing is Naples specialty. Great golfing is not hard to find with over 25 public courses within a 20 minute drive.

Children will enjoy the Naples Zoo or the waterslides and lazy river at Sun-n-Fun-Lagoon Waterpark.

But most of all enjoy the home, right in the middle of it all. Enjoy the private fenced peaceful yard with its pool, spa and shaded lanai. Watch a movie together, take a walk or bike ride. Explore the many beaches within a short drive, make memories. After all, that is what a vacation is all about!

About Lori

I am a RN and my husband is an engineer from Ohio. We raised three beautiful children and have traveled to the beach every year for our family vacation. We have always rented a home because we like the space to play games or just sit and talk, and the convenience of being able to prepare some meals.

We made our first trip to Naples in 2014 and fell in love with the Naples beaches, weather, and sunsets.

While in Naples we spend most days at a local beach. Occasionally we drive to a beach, such as Lover's Key or Naples Pier. But mostly we walk or bike to Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggens. Sunsets are a must and the Gulf sunsets speak for themselves. It is something you just MUST do. I love the relaxing feel of the area and know you will also!

Lori purchased this house in 2014

Why Lori chose North Naples

We chose Naples for our vacation home because of the year-round warm, sunny, tropical weather. We chose Naples Park because of the neighborhood's close proximity to the beach. We love being able to walk or bike to the beach.

Our home was newly built in 2012. We fell in love with the builder's attention to detail, the beautifully crafted 12 foot high ceilings, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and private back yard with the pool. An open floor plan, with pocket sliding glass doors opening to a private lanai, with views of the private fenced in pool and spa made this home special.

We completely refurnished the home in 2014. My vision for the interior decor was total relaxation and calmness. I have been told by many of my guests that they experience and appreciate the tranquility of the decor.

Besides the beaches and watching the Gulf sunsets, we love the numerous restaurants and shopping choices so close by. Our favorite beach conversations are where we are going to eat or what we will grill for dinner. We love to grill by the pool and relax into the evening under the stars in the quiet backyard. We dream of retiring to Naples....someday!

What makes this house unique

Because this home is our vacation home also, we take special pride in ownership. Our home is loved and it shows. It is NOT just a rental, but a home. Since all of our guests have been most caring and respectful of our home and belongings, we are always making improvements for ourselves and our guests to enjoy.

I truly enjoy helping my renters plan a fun-filled, relaxing vacation. The location of this home places it in the center of everything. Whether you want to shop, sight-see or lounge on a beach this home is great place to return to and spend time with family and friends. My hope is that you and your loved ones leave with happy vacation memories.

Second time back!

  • 5 of 5

We had a fabulous stay in Lori's home. This was our second time back and it was perfect, as usual. Everything you could want or need is available to you in this home. We have a 3 year old and she adores the house. She calls it the "Florida Home." Do not hesitate to book here. I would be happy to answer questions about our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, Lori!

A great rental for our group of 6

  • 5 of 5

This was our first experience of VRBO and we loved it. The owners, Lori and her husband, have a great place with everything you could need for a vacation. Having all the beach gear including shades, chairs and kids shovels etc available for use was so helpful. I would drive everyone the short distance to the beach, drop everything off, then drive back and ride one of their bikes to the beach then the opposite at the end of the day. The kids absolutely loved having the pool and spa at the house. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything Naples has to offer. The sunsets are spectacular. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already at the house. Very sad we had to leave and would love to return to this house. Thanks Lori

Beyond our expectations!!!

  • 5 of 5

From first inquiring about their property, Lori had prompt and thorough information for us. I have rented countless homes in Naples Park area and found her home to be truly that - a home. It is well-stocked with everything you could imagine from spices, tea, board games for kids, beach toys, beach chairs, bikes/locks, inter tubes/noodles for pool, to full kitchen items. Lori text me to make sure things were cleaned well and ready, upon our arrival. Not a big deal, but we noticed the blender wasn't working and let her know and one arrived with in days! The floor plan of the home is well-designed - the Master suite off the back was perfect - waking up to the pool glistening and privately landscape backyard was dreamy! The pictures online don't even do this place justice! It is more spacious in person. The landscape is tropical and private. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We recommend catching sunset at Turtle Club. You can go in swimsuit cover-ups and sit on their benches and order a drink, or get glam and have a lovely dinner on the patio - valet is free. The Ritz always has good drinks too. We discovered a new ice cream spot this trip that was SO good - Cesibon, a few doors down from Stein Mart/Publix - AMAZING gelato!!! We felt at home and pampered in this lovely rental and hope to return! Thank you!

I think this is what sets it apart from other rentals. I keep it well stocked and updated for my family, as well as my guests. It makes me smile when guests notice. Thank you! Lori and Dave

Spring Break/Friends Reunion

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Kids loved buckets and shovels for the beach and the adults cherished the beach umbrellas with chairs. Each day from the beach was followed by an invigorating swim in the pool and later that evening the whirl pool for the adults. Layout of home was first class and I would recommend to my friends and business associates. Lori and Dave- thanks again for a memorable 2 weeks!

Beautiful home with convenient location

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed here with our two young boys. This house worked great for us and we all had a nice vacation. The house is decorated well and everything is updated. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub daily and would bike over to the beach (we rented bikes for the kids at Trek near-by) a couple times a day to swim or watch the sunset. Lori provided us will all the information we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

-The shopping is phenomenal, both up-scale and outlet.

The Mercato, right up the street from the house, is always a great place to shop or dine. Check their web-site for free monthly events such as music or movies on the lawn.

Fifth Avenue and Third Street South offer a world-class shopping and dining experience with small one-of-a-kind boutiques, art galleries, open-air cafes and more formal bistros.

The Miramar outlets have 140 top designer and brand name outlet stores. Great fun to spend the day to shop your heart out!!

The Waterside shops are the Gulf coasts most sumptuous shopping and dining destination, all set in a gorgeous landscape.

Tin City, is ideal for the Naples Florida tourist. It combines waterfront boutiques and dining with Naples' Nautical past.

The Village on Venetian Bay is a collection of unique shops and restaurants on a waterfront setting reminiscent of a European Village.

-There are abundant beaches to visit along the Gulf coast.

Vanderbilt beach and Delnor-Wiggens beach are both within walking distance of the house.

Naples Beach is home to the famous Naples Fishing Pier, a staple in the community for over 100 years. It is located off 12th Avenue South.

Lowdermilk Park is great for kids, young and old, with playgrounds and sand volleyball courts.

To reach Clams Pass a fun tram ride takes you across a 3/4 mile boardwalk through mangrove estuary to the beach.

Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs was featured on Dr. Beach's Top Ten Beaches List, 2014.

Lovers Key State Park is a my personal favorite.

-Many beach areas offer paddle boards and kayak rentals. Jet skis and parasailing can be rented on Vanderbilt Beach near the Ritz-Carlton. Boats and jet skis can also be rented at Pure Naples, among others, where tours can also be arranged. Fishing charters can be reserved for either coastal or deep-sea fishing. If fishing is not your thing, dining, sightseeing, dolphin and sunset cruises are available.

For the sights-Naples Botanical Garden, Naples Zoo at the Caribbean Gardens, Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary offer great sites. Take a thrilling airboat ride through the everglades, you might see an alligator or a manatee!

Golf courses are abundant.

Tennis: Pelican Bay Community Park located less than 1 mile. (Court fee)

Bike rental available for the serious bikers.

Fun-N-Sun Lagoon is a great waterpark for the little ones!
