This home boasts three-bedroom and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one offers a king size bed and comfortable bedding located just off the living area. Just down the hall lies one full bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub and beautiful vintage vanity. Bedroom two contains a queen size bed and bedroom three contains another queen size bed and a desk. Bathroom two provides you with another full bathroom containing a walk-in shower.
The charming galley kitchen is well planned and offers good working space for creative endeavors. Fully equipped with the tools necessary to do some serious cooking. Enjoy your meals together around the stunning formal dining table (the chandelier over the table is a definite showstopper).
Right off the formal dining room is a spacious living area with tons of seating. The less formal den located in the back section of the house gives you a fun atmosphere for puzzles, games, and also has a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests. Just off the den is a screened in porch which houses a ping pong table for competitive play time!
The very spacious back yard is fully fenced so the kiddos and pets can play outdoors without worry.

We arrived on Friday night and the house was a bit hot, but we thought it would take a while to cool down since the air was at the 80's. On Saturday we spent most of the day out exploring the city. When we came back around 4 or 5 pm the house was very hot and the air wasn't working at all. We called Larry (the owner) around 7pm and he couldn't get his person to fix it and so he drove from Austin (he said so) to Marble Falls as he said he KNEW how to fix it. That means he was aware of the problem. He arrived around 9pm at the house and looked the air and said it was broken and that happened about 2 weeks ago. He couldn't fix it and we spoke to him about leaving the house at that night or next day in the morning. He said he would refund us for 2 nights and that I should only contact the person who booked the house for us. I contacted her and basically he's going to refund only one night. Besides that he's accusing us for breaking the A/C, which is very upsetting and this accusation won't be forgotten. Don't book this place if you don't want to be accused when the owner is the one to be blamed. Very upsetting.
Stayed at the Americana for an Easter weekend family reunion. Such a wonderful house with everything we needed. Bunk beds for kids as well as a ping pong table on the covered back porch. Large back and front yards that were fenced for our dogs. Well kept house with an eclectic style. Had another small side porch with a grill. The only thing I would recommend would be to put a light on the back porch. The kids were so into playing ping pong that we had to place a lamp back there for them when it got dark. Had a fantastic time and will be visiting again soon! Even had a small hair salon next door that the girls walked to!!!

Three night minimum stay required on all major holidays.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival it is fully refundable minus the initial deposit. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 11 A.M.
All guests participating in the reservation will be registered on the rental agreement prior to your arrival date. Should there be unregistered guests at the property, at any time, for any length of time without prior approval, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your reservation.
Guest shall assume all risk of any injury to self and/or their guests. Guest agrees to hold property owner and Hills of Texas Lodging harmless for all injuries incurred while guest is on premises, regardless of how such injuries are sustained.
Guest shall use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the property and keep the property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall guests use the property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property.
