“In every curving beach, in every grain of sand there is the story of the earth” wrote Rachel Carson. Your family will have stories about the beach, sand, ocean, and salt marsh that will last a lifetime after spending a week in Seascape 513.
The stories of your stay on the Island will not be limited to just the beauty of nature, but will include the beauty and elegance of a very special property that has few equals on the Isle of Palms. Seascape 513 was recently purchased this winter. The property owner’s goal was to create one of the most beautiful condominiums offered in Charleston. His new home was taken all the way back to the studs of the wall prior to the start of the renovation. Today, Seascape 513 features Versailles natural stone smooth floors throughout the main living area as well as in every bathroom. Some of the finest pieces of furniture on the Island are featured in each room in addition to flat panel televisions in every bedroom as well as the living area. The kitchen is highlighted by state of the art appliances (all stainless steel) crushed natural stone backsplash, under cabinet lighting, custom cabinets as well as corien countertop surfaces. Each bath has a combination of natural stone and glass tile with real cherry wood vanities and natural black marble countertops. In addition to the many features of Seascape 513 that you can see, the new property owner has completed many other projects that will make your visit comfortable such as HE washer and dryer, enormous ceiling fans, and an oversized air conditioning system that will keep you cool on the hottest of days. Finally, the deck will leave you breathless as you look out over the beach and the sand that curves towards Charleston. Your family will find it difficult to leave the relaxing outdoor living space provided on the deck. Teak furniture and a teak dining table anchor this unique viewpoint that cannot be matched.
When you can convince your family to leave Seascape 513 for the day, you will find that you are in one of the most desirable Resort’s in the southeast. The beach is located just in front of you as you leave the elevator. Spacious and clean (Isle of Palms has been awarded the Blue Wave Award for the health of the Beach) your family will spend countless hours collecting sand dollars, seashells and building sand castles in front of Seascape. An oceanfront swimming pool is another wonderful amenity at Seascape. As a guest at Wild Dunes Resort, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals, Children’s Recreation Activities, Tennis Lessons and Clinics, and four restaurants located on site within the Resort. Best of all Seascape 513 is only 14 miles from Historic Charleston.
Like every grain of sand that tells a story of the earth, your family will collect countless stories and memories of the Isle of Palms when visiting Seascape 513.
The Isle of Palms, like all barrier islands, has a dynamic beach near the inlet that separates the island from Dewees Island. The ebb and flow of the changing tides, through the inlet, creates and moves sand bars just off shore. These sandbars will channel waves between them, resulting in the massive buildup of sand along portions of the island where other areas may develop temporary erosional hot spots. These hot spots will feature a sand beach throughout the day outside an hour or so before and after high tide. Where a dry sand beach may be limited in these few areas at high tide, walking either direction will lead to an area where the sandbars have created an expansive beach to enjoy at any tide.

Staff was very helpful with reservation and questions before arrival. Office was inviting and fun upon check-in. Very nice way to start a relaxing week
Our family of five had a wonderful experience visiting in this beautiful condo. It was truly relaxing and enjoyable eating breakfast and lunch out on the balcony each day. The balcony was probably the most enjoyable experience. The view of the exposed sand bar each day, dolphins playing in the water, and men catching small to 3 foot sharks. Quiet an experience! Pool was beautiful also. Thank you for allowing us to share your condo. The Fergusons
The condo was better than we expected. Everything was well done from the furniture to the cookware. But the best part was the balcony out back overlooking the beach. It was a great place to start the day early with a coffee.
