Jacques Cousteau once said... The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever. Like the sea, 112 Grand Pavilion will hold you and your family in wonder forever while celebrating precious time together in Wild Dunes Resort. 112 Grand Pavilion is truly a unique home. Its location is one of the most desirable on the Isle of Palms, oceanfront with direct access from its deck to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. Your family will marvel at the wonder of the ocean with views from both the living area deck and the master bedroom. With direct access to Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, your children are only steps away from two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach cafe, surf shop, and ice cream parlor. After spending the day in the sun and surf, your family during the summer months will be able to relax on the deck of 112 Grand Pavilion and enjoy live entertainment that is featured in the evenings on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. With the beach, swimming pools, dining options, shops and entertainment steps away from your home at 112 Grand Pavilion, your family will never need to leave the house throughout your vacation on the Island.

Another unique aspect of 112 Grand Pavilion is the care and attention to detail that Dr. and Mrs. Raoult provide their home. This wonderful property is more than a vacation home to the Raoults . They have personally chosen each piece of artwork, many of which are from local artist in the Lowcountry, created internet work areas in each bedroom, so all family members can work and play on the internet comfortably, and purchased fine furniture for the entire house from Ethan Allen. Recent upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, flat screen televisions throughout the home, new mattresses in each bedroom and comfortable deck furniture.

The bedding selection in 112 Grand Pavilion is perfect for your family and can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Each bedroom features a private full bath. On the first living level of 112 Grand Pavilion the bedroom features two queen beds. The second living level features an oceanfront bedroom with two queen beds and second bedroom with a king bed. The master bedroom is located on the third living level of the home and features a king bed, oceanfront deck, spacious walk in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with an oversize shower and separate bathtub. Unlimited long distance phone calls in the United States and Canada is also a new feature at 112 Grand Pavilion along with cable high-speed wireless internet service.

The Grand Pavilion Boardwalk is the heart of Wild Dunes and is used (based on season) as a venue for special events hosted by Wild Dunes Resort Catering Team. Where a schedule is not available to the public, Wild Dunes is required to have a swimming pool available for guest access at all times.

Let the sea cast its spell on you and your family while enjoying a vacation at 112 Grand Pavilion. The memories that you net will be a wonder forever.

Features Wild Dunes Resort Club Sports Card! A Sports Card is required to access the Club Swim Center, Club Fitness Room (entry fee), Tennis Center (court fees apply). Access granted to Palm Cove Pool after 3pm and Boardwalk Inn Pool after 4pm with Sports Card.

The Isle of Palms, like all barrier islands, has a dynamic beach near the inlet that separates the island from Dewees Island. The ebb and flow of the changing tides, through the inlet, creates and moves sand bars just off shore. These sandbars will channel waves between them, resulting in the massive buildup of sand along portions of the island where other areas may develop temporary erosional hot spots. These hot spots will feature a sand beach throughout the day outside an hour or so before and after high tide. Where a dry sand beach may be limited in these few areas at high tide, walking either direction will lead to an area where the sandbars have created an expansive beach to enjoy at any tide.

Beautiful place!

The location of this unit was so perfect for our family! We loved stepping off our patio onto pool deck and only a few steps more to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the grounds were clean and well cared for.

Owner's Response: Trish, thank you so much for the positive feedback. The location is what sold our family on this house, and we have made many memories by the pool and down on the beach. Come back and see us again real soon. Cheers!

Wonderful Rental!

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a fabulous time. The house is perfectly located close to pavilion pools and beach. The only downside is that the pavilion has live music until 10pm each night, so kids staying in front bedrooms might find it hard to fall asleep. We brought white noise machines that worked well for us. We would definitely return.

Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

Our group - a dozen HS pals 44 years after graduation - had a perfect long weekend at this lovely place. The bedrooms and amenities were perfect but the highlight is the location.

Walk out to the pool and ocean or just relax on the porch. I have always loved Wild Dunes but never stayed at the Pavilion. The rest of the group fell in love with the area - beach with easy drive to Charleston - and agreed being at the Pavilion allowed everyone to do their own thing or come together under one delightful roof. The only down sides - the Grand Pavilion closes the pool area for private events with some regularity. Fine to enjoy watching the wedding on one side of the pool area - but the night they closed both sides for two different events was bothersome. Yes, we walked through the corporate event outside our door to reach the beach - should not have to do that. Also - the porch furniture was repainted and the paint chipped off everywhere. But small stuff for a terrific place. Everyone wants to come back!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your feedback! We are delighted to hear you all enjoyed your stay and what a great reason to be getting together. We picked this house because we too liked being close to everything...beach, pools and boardwalk. It definitely provides something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you again on the Isle of Palms.

Best Location in Wild Dunes!

  • 5 of 5

Our family absolutely loved the location of this property! The patio gate opens right out onto the pool deck. The beach bar and grill is right here and then just a few more steps to the beach! What could be better? Perfect for grandkids so they have the close option of pool or beach. Plenty of room. Perfect!

Close to the Action

  • 4 of 5

If you want a place in the middle of everything Wild Dunes has to offer, this beach house fits the bill. We enjoyed having the pools, bar/grill and beach right outside our door. It did, however, cause some problems at bedtime as the live music continued until 11pm. The house is nice but the living/dining/kitchen area is pretty small (we had 6 adults and 3 small children in our party). What bothered me the most was having to climb so many stairs to get to our bedroom. From the bottom level where we parked, there were 9 sets of stairs for us to get to the top level bedroom. Carrying suitcases, etc. up and down the stairs was not fun! For the price we paid, I expected a little "higher end" furnishings and bathrooms. It was an enjoyable trip, but I would probably choose accommodations elsewhere in the resort if I had it all to do over again. Other family members rented a house about one row back and had a lot more room for the same price. I know we paid a lot for an "ocean front" house, but you could only see the ocean well from the very small third level balcony which was too hot to use most of the day.
