Fantastic cabin, dangerous driveway
Would give this place 5 star rating if the driveway was not so treacherous !!! Absolutely a beautiful cabin. Love all of the rooms. Deck is awesome. Love the fireplace on the deck. By far our favorite cabin ever and we have been there many times over the years. Too bad the driveway is so dangerous. Maybe the concrete at each side of drive could be taken out or widened ???
Do not disturb mountain vacation
The cabin was very nice, not as spacious as it looked in the photo's but definitely manageable for a party of 6 adults and two babies. However I wish they would have warned us about the horrible driveway! We tore our car up BAD! There is no way even a pick up truck can make it down this driveway! We had to park in the road , thank God we were pretty far up so not a lot of traffic on this dead end road. My Mom in law fell on this horrible driveway and twisted her ankle, so the rest of the Vacation she couldn't walk much. It is not elderly friendly, then my daughter fell with her baby in the arm. This driveway will break some bones, no doubt!
The hot tub was old and very outdated plus the planks underneath were rotten and bowing, we didn't dare go in it!
On the good site, you couldn't beat the view and the bear's came every day at least ones or twice to visit.
