According to the kids "it was just non-stop fun"

This was a great property and suited our party of 17 quite well as we rented both units. We were able to enjoy the lake quite a bit and reunite the family for a week. The game room made for a nice competitive ping pong tournament followed by a shuffle board tourney. We were also able to hit all of our favorite dining spots. This was exactly what we were looking for!

Awesome place! Kids loved the game room. Plenty of room to spread out. We remember as kids when the place was the rec hall. The Nolans have done a great job renovating it!

The property is great! Big enough for all ages to relax comfortably.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed with our extended family for the week and the size of this house was perfect! Plenty of room for the little kids to run and the older ones to hang out in the back game room.

The yard is really the only negative thing but you are so close to the lake that it makes up for it.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you enjoyed the house and the lake. Let me know if the yard needed to be mowed, as I do have a service that should have done that. Being pet-friendly we fenced it in for peace of mind. Let me know what we could do it.

Great for our big family

  • 5 of 5

The space is very accommodating for a large group that might include two or more families, like ours. Bright, cheery colors, wonderful windows facing the water, and a big living room and hallway for the kids to run around in. You'll love it.

Everything we need for a great vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This is our first time renting this property for our annual climbing vacation. We are a party of 6 and there were more than ample rooms, beds and bathrooms. We particularly like the large kitchen area and its open concept cause we too like to cook. AND having another fridge and kitchenette in the rec room helps with food storage and prep. We like the "communal" feeling of this house where areas are not separated by different level of floors. the rec room was a plus especially with the pool table, ping pong and foos ball. The outdoor areas were ample and we spent many nights sitting outside enjoying the view, drinking wine and sharing stories. However we do have a couple of quibs. You definitely get more road noise cause the house is right alongside a main thoroughfare and its not secluded as we would like. But having activities like swimming, kayaking and beach access close-by make up for it. Also as big as the kitchen is, it was stocked so-so cooking ware and utensils. Good thing we brought our pans and pots. All in all, we are already planning next year's trip around the Nolan's. Thank you Kevin!

Wonderful vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We are on our way home from a really wonderful two weeks. The home is

lovely - everyone enjoyed the views, the beach (of course!), the kayaks,

and the game room. We put all 3 game tables to good use - pool, ping pong &

foosball! We went hiking and even did a little shopping :). My 14-year-old

nephew said with some amazement on our last night - "no one even watched

TV!" That's a sign of a great vacation! We would love to come back next year - and plan to rent both upstairs and downstairs. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home!
