Crescent Ridge Condominium #108 is located less than 1/2 mile from the base/plaza area of the Park City Mountain Resort. Crescent Ridge is close to the cross country ski trail and provides easy access to the FREE Park City transportation system. Our guests have access to the Three Kings outdoor heated swimming pool and community outdoor hot tub and for your convenience - you can check in at the Three Kings front desk. Our beautiful and spacious Crescent Ridge condo features a beautiful, new and spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a beautiful fireplace (gas).

Crescent Ridge 108 offers three private bedrooms along with 3 full bathrooms. The bedding offers 1 Queen bed in the first bedroom; 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a full sized bed plus twin bunk beds and an extra twin in the third bedroom. A private washer/dryer is available as well. Our beautiful spacious deck offers an hot door hot tub. The living room offers two sofa sleeper as well. Take in the mountain views from the deck. This condo is great for families and spans 1500 square feet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all new appliances. The condo was recently remodeled.

Crescent Ridge 108 offers wireless/internet access year round and is a great, quiet location during the summer months (we welcome summer monthly guests). There is not an additional housekeeping fee (it's included in the quote you'll receive). During the winter months, you'll receive a mid-week housekeeping service at no additional charge when you stay for 6 nights or longer. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your Park City vacation memorable!

**From Dec. 10-April 13 - Our guests have access to the on-call courtesy shuttle available by calling the Three Kings front desk. This shuttle will take you to the local grocery store, any of the three local resorts and the bottom of Main Street.

Winter rentals from mid-December through early April: Guests have access the on-call courtesy shuttle dispatched via the Three Kings front desk. Operates daily from 8:30am-8pm. Courtesy shuttle not available from Jan.19-28.

Crescent Ridge guests have access to the community pool and hot tub located at the Three Kings complex.

Summer/Fall: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Winter: 2 nights deposit is due at the time of booking; balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
