This home is absolutely perfect for a week and or weekend getaway with friends, family, and Co-workers to enjoy all that the wonderful city of Columbus has to offer.

The Space:
This home has a very open floorpan with brand new appliances, both bathrooms newly remodeled, spacious/private fenced in backyard/patio.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor includes an awesome living space to relax and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. It also includes a dining area and full bathroom. Guests will be able to enjoy the exposed brick wall and new granite countertops. Also, on the main level you will have access to the Washer/Dryer.

SECOND FLOOR:
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will walk into a beautiful office space that has a futon for sleeping and a television. From there you can access the two main bedrooms that both have the most comfortable queen sized beds. Between them is the full bathroom upstairs that is newly renovated with a spacious tile shower.

PATIO:
Enjoy some fresh air on the beautiful front patio. The back patio is fully fenced in for privacy and has outdoor seating and a grill.

PARKING:
Behind the home along the fence of the backyard, there is a parking spot available for one vehicle. Street parking in front of the house is not free.
