Alii Hale- is the larger of the two homes with four bedrooms, three baths and approximately 3,000 sf. of living area, the master bedroom upstairs enjoys a spacious Jacuzzi tub and private oceanfront lanai, two of the bedrooms downstairs are also oceanfront, one with a king bed the other with a set of twins, the fourth bedroom features a private garden lanai area and a set of twins. The Alii Hale also offers a formal dining room with seating for eight and a large hammock strung between the ocean side palms.
The second home, Princess Hale of approximately 2,600 sq. offers three bedrooms and three baths, two of the bedrooms are upstairs with the master bedroom on the oceanfront enjoying a spacious oceanfront lanai, king size bed and a queen pull out sofa bed, the guest bedroom upstairs also has its own bathroom and is furnished with two twins beds, the downstairs bedroom off the poolside enjoys ocean views, a king bed, queen sofa bed and a screen door wall partition.
Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, 180 feet of ocean frontage, 4 King Beds, 6 Twins, 2 Queen Sofa Beds, Wi-Fi, AC in top floor bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, gas BBQ. Both homes include fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, and large flat screen TVs. Parking for 5 cars MAXIMUM (2 single-car garages and 3 parking spots in front of home.

Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests; no more than 2 persons per bedroom including children over the age of (2) years old
1) Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Lahaina Oceanfront Estates property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
2) Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the homes is prohibited.
3) Vehicles to be parked in garages or driveway area and shall not be parked on the street.
4) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
