Apartment completely renovated and finely decorated, comfortably sleeps 4 people. Quadra of the beach, a few steps from the beach, almost at the corner of Avenida Atlântica, composed of hall, living room, bathroom with hairdryer, American kitchen and 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, closets, LED TV, air conditioning And ceiling fan; Another with queen size bed, chest of drawers, LED TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. American pillow-top mattresses and NASA foam and white sheets and towels. Cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. Stove with gas oven and exhaust fan, reverse refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker and water filter. Living room with 3 seater sofa, 43 "Smart LED TV and ceiling fan. Very Nice

This place is extremely nice and so is the owner! We highly recommend this property, It is very near the beach, restaurants and key activities.

Owner's Response: Eric and his friend are very nice people. Very cheerful and respectful, they took very good care of the facilities leaving the apartment clean and tidy. We highly recommend them to all owners and hope to have them back soon.

O imóvel é bom, localização excelente, a administração é horrível.

Sem noção a administração deste apartamento, nos coloram a prova o tempo todo, entendo que os responsáveis precisam ter uma pessoa de competências para receber seus inquilinos de maneira mais profissional, o que mais me chamou atenção foi referente a limpeza do apartamento entre uma locação e outra tudo pela metade principalmente banheiro...Jamais voltaremos foi péssima experiência.

Suely proprietária tentou contornar situações inusitadas mais realmente foi bem desconfortável!

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e limpo.

Fica na quadra da praia de Copacabana com restaurantes, lanchonetes e supermercados próximos.

Fomos bem recebidos pela Suely e seu marido.

1- O prédio é estritamente residencial, sendo proibidas quaisquer atividades de comércio ou de serviços, sejam elas quais forem;
2- Em nenhuma hipótese pode exceder o número de hóspedes confirmado na reserva;
3- Todos os hóspedes serão identificados no check-in com documentos com foto válidos;
4- Antes de sair desligue os aparelhos de ar condicionado, os ventiladores de teto, as luzes, TVs e feche todas as torneiras - devido às sobretaxas nas contas de energia elétrica em função da crise energética, o consumo excessivo acima da média no período será cobrado à parte;
5- Não levar as toalhas brancas para a praia: existem duas toalhas estampadas para este fim;
6- Na volta da praia tocar a campainha no portão de entrada de serviço (garagem) e usar o lava-pés próximo à entrada da garagem;
7- As roupas de cama e banho são brancas para melhor apresentação e higiene. Com a comprovação de manchas de tinta, caneta, sangue e sujeira não removíveis, a peça será considerada perdida e cobrado o valor especificado no anexo de vistoria – as tatuagens temporárias de henna, muito oferecidas na praia, são a causa de muitos destes problemas;
8- Qualquer imprevisto como quebras, falhas e perdas deverão ser comunicadas imediatamente via telefone, sms ou WhatsApp aos proprietários;
9- O lixo orgânico deverá ser acondicionado em sacos plásticos fechados e colocado na lixeira cujo acesso está localizado na escada ao lado do elevador de serviço – lixo reciclável deve ser deixado na portaria de serviço ou na garagem;
10- Visitas em horários tardios, sem identificação prévia notificada aos LOCADORES em tempo hábil para comunicação à administração, serão impedidas pela portaria;
11- Observar sempre a Lei do Silêncio principalmente entre 22:00 e 06:00 horas;
12- Proibido fumar dentro do apartamento e nas áreas comuns do Condomínio;
13- Recomenda-se com veemência, para a própria segurança pessoal dos hóspedes, não mover os móveis de seus lugares, principalmente mesa da sala
