"Great Experience" !!!!
This was my first iTrip vacation rental. I stayed at the Gatlinburg Towers in Gatlinburg, TN and was surprised that the condo was so spacious and located within walking distance to downtown. The rooms were super clean and adequately furnished. iTrip also extended my stay by one day with no hassles. Great experience all around !!!
PS. I "Liked" your Facebook page as well.
will post this review on "Yelp" as well.
first bedroom the bathtub was nasty with mold in caulk, and it was also rusty. there was a big hole in wall behind door and on another wall. the big bed room the bed post was falling off the bathtub had nasty mold in caulk and that tub was rusted even worse than the other one, the carpet had been vacuumed but I don't think it had been shampooed since it was put in. it was nasty!!! they must have taken the picture when the building was new. every inside was wore out. the chairs in the room where wore out, will tell people to stay away, I would have moved my family to a hotel if there had been one available.
Dirty carpet parking was terrible, bedroom roof leaked on bed so could not sleep on wet bed. No one is ever in the office. Not easy access to Gatlinburg. Like a cheap cheap hotel
Condo was a good size for a small family. The bed in the master bedroom seems bent. The tops of the headboard and footboard are pointing in, like it has had to much weight in the center. Both mattresses need to be replaced. But this was my only complaint. Very good location to attractions. We were able to walk down each day.
The location of the accommodations were great, within walking distance of the center of Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and all amenities were provided. The only issue that we experienced, which was not fault of the condo owners, was due to a storm the power was intermittent for several hours, causing the elevators stopped working for the last 24 hours of our visit, causing a little challenge when going out and especially when we were checking out, as the condo was located on the sixth floor. Overall experience was a great experience, would recommend to others and would stay again.
My family and I recently stayed here for our vacation. The condo was wonderful. It was within walking distance to downtown and only 5 minutes away from Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. The condo was very clean and spacious.
This condo was perfect for our small family. We have a two-year-old and a four-month-old, and this condo had more than enough room for us. It was an easy walk to town, our two year old had no problem walking it. The swimming pool was great for rainy days. We had a great vacation.
