Open floor plan is great for families and entertaining, with many cozy spots for hanging out. We have whatever you need for kiddos - portable cribs, high chair, baby swing, etc... just let us know what you'll be needing and we'll have it ready for you.

There is also an office upstairs that could be used as a 6th bedroom with an air-mattress (provided).

Other features include a high-def projector with pull-down movie screen in living room, Roku streaming media, lots of natural light, large kitchen pantry, and sophisticated furnishings and decorations throughout.

The dining table can seat up to 12 people around an extendable table (it's new so not shown in current photos).

Very private, sunny backyard and all-new deck with Weber grill, chaise lounge, dining table for both adults and kids, and mature shade trees. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with flowers, paths, seating areas, and pine trees.

Basement is perfect for kids - 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, jungle gym, flat screen TV with Internet, secret cave, and many toys and books.

Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of privacy. A mix of young families and retirees in the neighborhood, all very friendly. Across the street is a small forest with trails and fun for kids.

The Boulder bike trail system is immediately accessible, with playgrounds and parks just minutes away by foot, bike, or car. Foothills Parkway is nearby, providing great access to Denver or to the north, and Arapahoe Ave is also nearby, providing access to downtown Boulder and mountains.

Five minutes to Whole Foods, Safeway and other grocery stores, nearest hospital, and many other shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to Pearl Street Mall and Boulder Canyon.

PLEASE NOTE: Boulder occupancy limits stipulate that a maximum of 4 unrelated adults or up to 10 related adults and children are allowed in the home.
