Fabulous house incredible views directly on the river, great location...like being on vacation all the time. Everyones favorite house once they see it.
Like being far away....but only an hour from New York. Feels like an Adirondack resort location with more amenities.

Our family of six stayed a month in August 2016. Most of our guests were fascinated with the unusual and interesting décor inside the house, but we spend almost all of our time outside the house. There is a very nice, heated pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also spent a lot of time sitting under some large beautiful trees in their very inviting garden.
The house is cool and comfortable so we didn't need air conditioning on most days. We all slept well and felt very comfortable in the house. The location right near the Merritt parkway was great.
We needed a few small things and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. Assuming the house is available, we plan to return next summer.
