We so enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. They provide everything you need for a stay in Kauai. Ample dishes and kitchenware for cooking. We saw our first sea turtle with the snorkle gear they provided! They even have a "cutting garden" close by where you can pick limes and cut fresh flowers if available. Having laundry in the unit was super helpful since we did several hikes that got us pretty muddy with the Kauai red dirt. It's an easy drive to Hanalei, and Princeville center is also close if you need to pick up food, drinks, or other essentials. Wish we could've stayed even longer- we would love to go back!

Great stay in our place

Had a great Winter stay in our place. Saw Waimea canyon, for the first time, and went whale watching out of Port Allen. Enjoyed the many North Shore beaches, boogie boarding, and tiny shell hunting at Anini Beach. Really enjoyed the new Piazza restaurant at the Princeville Center Market Place. The condo was in great shape but we spent some time fine-tuning and refreshing a few things to get everything exactly as we want it. Added a few more paintings, replaced a rusting fan, updated a few kitchen items, cleaned the BBQ, etc. Can't wait to get back, perhaps this Summer.

Great unit, very clean, all needed essentials were provided, extra beach equipment a plus :)

We stayed here October 31 through November 10, 2017.

Property was accurately described and represented in the photos, and kitchen was completely stocked with all needed accessories to live like you're at home (appliances, pots/pans, other cooking gear). Oceanfront will e-mail you a complete list of all items if needed. The property DOES include a washer/dryer combo in the unit as well as a gas grill on the front lanai, both of which were added value items as far as we were concerned. The beach gear was a great fringe benefit, as we had coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, rattan mats, and snorkel equipment, which we used on several days during our stay. Floor plan is great, and unit includes WiFi access, which we took advantage of. Grocery store is very close, only about a mile away, and there are a dozen restaurants in Hanalei just down the road, so you will not have to travel far for any needed supplies/food.

Overall, we had a great experience, and will consider renting this unit again in the future.

Nicely decorated condo in a great location with lots of amenities

My wife and I stayed in this condo to celebrate our 15th anniversary in Kauai. We were very impressed with the decor and modernized kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchenware we needed to make dinner at the condo whenever we were trying to avoid eating out. The BBQ grill was clean and conveniently located on the front lanai. The unit is on the garden end of the building away from the parking lot adjacent to a unique cutting garden. The nights in the condo were very quiet and offered romantic starry skies with very little light pollution. There were full HD TVs and DVD players in the rooms along with broadband speed WiFi throughout the condo.

The location in Princeville was close to all of the shops and restaurants and the picturesque golf course. There were lots of sidewalks and a trail down to the nearby beach.

Best condo - hands down

My sisters and I stayed in this condo for a 2 week vacation. Everything about this place is great. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen has every implement you need to cook meals at home. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. The layout was super inviting and pleasant. In short, we loved it. The only reason I didn't give the final fifth star is that the washing machine broke at the beginning of our trip and it wasn't repaired while we were there. We had packed based on the availability to the washer/dryer, so it was challenging to figure out laundry issues. But otherwise everything was excellent.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the very complimentary review! We are so sorry about the washing machine's computer mother-board going out during your stay. Unfortunately the beautiful Kauai weather is hard on electronics especially in the newer stack-able models like ours, which was only a few years old. Kauai being an island, the new computer part did not arrive for installation until after your stay (at which time the washer/dryer were fully repaired). Oceanfront (our property manager) did inform us and did everything they could to get it fixed as soon as possible. Our policy for events like this is to offer alternative laundry facilities and/or services for our renters and, according to Oceanfront, they did offer this. I know it's not nearly as convenient as having a working washer and dryer but hopefully this helped ease cloth issues during your stay. Again we are sorry for this inconvenience and hope you consider staying at our place again.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. The home is spacious and well kept! The ceiling fans and floor standing fans help keep things cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning fee $177.08 + Tax
Reservation fee $50 + Tax
Security deposit waver $49 + Tax
Tax Rate 14.42%

A 3% processing fee will be charged, by Oceanfront Realty, for payment via credit card. Oceanfront also accept a check by mail with no charge.

By default, a $49 security deposit waver is in included in this quote fees which covers $5,000 in accidental damages. However guests can choose a refundable $500 security deposit instead of the one time $49 security deposit waver.

A down payment will be due immediately to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due 90 days before your reservation (OceanFront Realty will provide details).

Reservations must be cancelled in writing 90 days prior to arrival dates, with a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. This is the policy of our on-island property management folks (OceanFront Realty) and you can ask them for further details when you book.

When available, late checkout is 1/2 day rent + tx. With this late check out guarantees you may stay with the unit until 8pm if needed at departure. Please let us know if you would like to include a late checkout in your reservation.
