What makes this house unique

We enjoy the close proximity to Dickson Street, Downtown, U of A Campus and Wilson Park. We usually arrive at the house and never move our car the entire weekend because we can walk everywhere. The Fayetteville Bike Trail is just up the street if you enjoy biking. We are only a short drive from the new Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Very nice, convenient stay

  • 5 of 5

A great spot for a wonderful stay for our family of 3 in Fayetteville. Could have comfortably fit another person or couple who wouldn't mind sharing a bath. Can't beat the proximity to Dickson St. and easy parking. We enjoyed the patio, spacious kitchen, sweet leather chair, and clean and welcoming bedrooms. A note for those for whom mobility is a concern: Slightly uneven stairs up to the deck/front door, and the walk from Dickson St is uphill, though not terrible. Thanks, Jeff! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

This house is a perfect home away from home! We had a group of 6 girls for a bachelorette weekend and this house was amazing! The patio was great for relaxing and the house is within 5 minutes walking distance to Dickson. We had all the toiletries and linens that we needed. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes if you plan on cooking/grilling at the house. We plan to stay here again for one of the Razorback games!

Great house in the perfect location

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at this house several times now and everything is always great. This house is literally 2 blocks from Dickson St. and within walking distance of all the great spots in the area. It's nice walk to campus at the U of A as well. The house has a quaint feeling but it is definitely big enough for any family. The front porch and back sitting areas are perfect to enjoy the views. Overall, this is the best house at which we've stayed over the last 4 years we've traveled to Fayetteville.

Cute, Cozy, fully equipped and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

I must say the pictures do not do this house justice! It is absolutely the cutest thing ever! In fact I would live here in a heart beat. The location is great! We walked to several restaurant, enjoyed coffee on the porch while listening to the birds and even got to pet a stray cat that came by to visit! The house is fully furnished with plenty of extras. We would recommend this house to anyone! It's beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Be sure to clean the grill before you lite it! Someone left grease in the drip pan and we almost had ourselves a fire but thankfully we had some baking soda on hand!
