Why owner chose South Shore Massachusetts

We purchased this home because this has always been one of our favorite spots in Hull. We meticulously renovated and decorated and plan to retire here some day.

What makes this house unique

This property has the most beautiful views of World's End inlet and cove as well as Hingham Harbor and beyond. During the summer months, you can sit on the deck and watch the constant flow of boat traffic parading in and out. It's an ever changing view. Why choose Cape Cod when you can vacation in Hull where you have miles of beautiful beaches and coastline, excellent restaurants and shops. The center of town is a short stroll away where you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, one of my favorite bakeries, souvenir shop and breakfast diner. There is no need to leave town, but if you do decide to venture out, surrounding towns have much to offer as well, ferries to Boston and the Boston Harbor Islands just 10 minutes away as well as a movie theater and of course the now famous Walburgers all can be found at the Hingham shipyard.

Summer in Hull, Ma.

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a spectacular vacation. Our accommodations were enjoyed by all my family, which includes my children, my grandchildren and my great grandchildren. Plenty of space for all of us. Sitting areas for reading. Views of the setting sun loved by all. TVs for all. The mattresses were great per my Son, John. The children loved jumping off the dock. Boating was so easy. Everyone collected enough shells to open a store. They loved visiting World's End. I loved sitting on any of the decks to watch all the boats and to watch the world go by....We will be back. Thank you Steve and Collette.

Amazing property!

  • 5 of 5

This house is absolutely beautiful! The decor perfectly suits the house and it is open and spacious. The view from the back of the house is stunning and my husband, a chef, was in heaven cooking in the kitchen with the water all around him! We had many other family members in town and they were all in awe of our house.

The owners, Steve and Collete have provided everything you need to have an amazing vacation. From the beach chairs and a cooler to the amenities in the kitchen, all you need to do when you get here is relax. My boys loved playing on the pier all day and looking for rocks and seashells. We all had a hard time saying goodbye to our home for the week!

Out of a magazine!

  • 5 of 5

The rental met & exceeded our expectations. The front door opens to a beautiful beach house. You are completely surrounded by water views with two great decks to sit and relax.

The owners have given thought to everything, it is decorated beautifully, top to bottom, all the beds and mattresses are new, crisp linen, big white towels, great radio, large well equipped kitchen with new top of the line appliances, the bathrooms are new and straight out of a magazine. The whole place is cozy, quiet and luxurious with every thought given to their guests having a great vacation.

We were just three but the house will accommodate a large family, it is very spacious with lots of privacy. And it had a full size washer and dryer.

I made a mistake when I turned on the TV remote, the owner replied to my email in minutes and offered to come and fix it. You really get the sense that the owners have set up their dream house and want you to enjoy it.

And the location was great for us, close to a sandy beach that stretches for miles, surfing, quaint New England towns and lots of seafood, especially lobsters.

We have rented numerous times, but this was by far the best house we have rented. It had those little touches that tell you the owners have high standards and sincerely care about your experience in the house.

Gorgeous house right on the bay very well-equipped

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic customer service with timely, complete communications ahead of time, during our visit and as we prepared to leave, plus extras of some holiday decorations. In the winter, both beautiful sunrises and sunsets are visible from the dining area and other areas as well. The sea water birds were tremendous fun to watch and lovely parks and ocean walks were very close by.The house was exactly as represented with everything in excellent condition. The kitchen has a lot of equipment and positioned us well to host a large extended family brunch. Thank you Collette for the wonderful hosting!

Beautiful spacious waterfront home

  • 4 of 5

From the front there's nothing remarkable looking about the house - looks like a standard suburban colonial. But when you walk through the entry hall is opens up to a spectacular open view of the sky, water, and World's End peninsula. Then you go upstairs to the master suite or downstairs to the ground floor level and realize it's spacious as well as beautiful.

We were in the area for a sailboat regatta and there were 3 of us, with a spouse and a fiancee joining us midweek. Each of us had a floor with our own bedroom. Upstairs and down there were sitting areas, plus decks or porches on all the floors. Appliances were convenient and up-to-date, and the house was immaculate.

The owners were very responsive and helpful. There was a problem with the hot water heater while we were there and the owner responded instantly, working that night so the hot water was available again for morning showers. The problem could have happened to anyone, but they got it taken care of quick.

Good location too, right near the beach, restaurants, etc.

Highly recommended.

Out of the pages of Coastal Living

  • 5 of 5

We were fortunate to be able to spend several weeks in this lovely, seaside home this summer. The house has been renovated from top to bottom, and it is stylishly decorated to reflect its coastal location - clean and crisp. When you walk in the front door, the home's beauty and views of the water are breathtaking. There are some great little restaurants nearby, but the home has a well equipped chef's kitchen (and gas grill outside) for when we wanted to prepare our own meals. There was plenty of closet space and dressers for storing our things, so we were able to easily move right in and enjoy our home away from home. The open floor plan on the first floor and deck right off the kitchen was great for when we entertained. The lower level family room was great for when the kids wanted a place of their own to hang out. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding (rentals are available right down the street) from our own private dock. The bay is literally right in your back yard! Most of the time it was just our family of four, but the house easily accommodated our overnight guests. The upstairs and lower level decks were great for relaxing and taking in the views. The sunsets are truly amazing!
