The condo was lovely. We went to PCB for a girls weekend and had a great time. The location was perfect being next to Pineapple Willy's and less than a mile away from other places to go out (no need to drive or taxi!) All of the amenities we're provided as you expected and it was well stock for the 8 of us. Booking of the room we were told about the $20 parking fee included and that each additional car would also need to pay. You are supposed to park in your room's designated space but we could never find it, nor were their ample blank spaces. But to be honest, the complex was kinda empty so it didn't seem to interfere with any one. (I also am aware that is the complex issue NOT personal condo issue.) The ONE BIG thing that the owner didn't mention is that the guests MUST HAVE wristbands to enter & exit into the pool area of the complex, you literally cannot go in without them. The problem with this is that the pool area is the main entrance/exit to the beach. This was an additionally $80 for our group, so I chose to cover the cost of it since many of the girls were already on a budget. If we had been told from the beginning, I could have included that fee in our numbers.
Other than the wristbands issue, we had a great time! The price of the condo was fair and location was great.
