Welcome to las Terrazas de los Corales !

This new development ( good price-performance ratio ) is situated in the center of the world renowned, first class vacation destination of Punta Cana, east coast of the Dominican Republic. It has loads of amenities and only a few meters to one of the world's most beautiful private beaches. The beach is a beautiful sandy beach and beautiful crystal clear water with a soft breeze.

Vibrant life in the area, with activities for everyone. Water activities include parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite flying, fishing, and boating. For the golfer, there are numerous fine golf courses in the area to choose from.

It is great for one or two couples or a couple with kids (up to 4 guests).

A short drive away is the Palma Real Village Mall, which boasts cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe, Tony Roma's, and a host of other stores. Casinos, nightclubs, and an ecological preserve are also a short drive away.

Should not rent to US tourists

Kitchen, living room are totally below minimal standards. Cheap, cheap furniture. Decades old couch did not invite to sit down. Plastic storage tower served as kitchen cabinet. Drawers squeaked when you opened them. Kitchen utensils, pots were so used they should be tossed out, had to buy a frying pan. Old metal "coffee table", little white plastic table to serve as table. The only chairs were the four dining chairs, nothing else to sit down. Dirty plastic garbage can under sink, dirty, dirty sponge to serve as dish sponge, bought a new one. Everything under the sink was dirty, dirty. Bathrooms had old rusty garbage cans which I shuddered to even touch. Cabinets did not have a shelf, just dirty floor. First thing we did was clean but we had to buy our own broom, as property manager was not inclined to get us a clean one. There was one dirty one outside for the patio. Washing machine is a joke, a plastic tub where you have to fill in the water manually and the laundry gets moved by machine. For a stay of one month property manager left us one large towel per person and one wash cloth, also only one set of sheets. On complaint he gave us an extra set. Dishes were something picked up in a flea market, wildly assorted pieces. On request we got a coffee maker and toaster. Gas stove is beyond old, never could get the front burners to work, or the oven. Next-door neighbors are a nightmare. Only low wall separates the patios and the guys next door practically live on the patio and have parties at least three to four times a week. Do not expect to go to sleep before 2 AM. We checked out a few days early and stayed at a hotel to get some rest before the long flight back to California.

Owner's Response: The apartment is rented throughout the year and the guests are always very satisfied and spend a nice time, please see the other reviews. We were never so glad that a guest went as in this case!! This old lady is very frustrated, malicious, controversial and as I now could read also a liar. There are people who should not book an individual vacation rather a hotel with 5 stars but for this, in this case, they are to stingy. They left the apartment in a very bad condition!

Great place

Only a short stay but the apartment is beautifu, very comfortable and affordable. Emmanuel the property manager was a joy to work with and reachable are all times.
