The astronauts looking down from space identified the Exumas in the Bahamas as having the most exquisite waters(numerous shades of blue, aquamarine, greens, clear white) in the universe!

Rayann's Beach House @ Three Sisters' Rocks, located five minutes drive from Exumas international airport and 15 minutes drive from George Town, the main town of Great Exuma Island, is a 2-story town house that has two x 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathroom apartments. One unit is called 'Ray' and the other unit is named 'Ann'. Both Ray and Ann upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the sea. downstairs is the kitchen, a half bathroom, and a dining and lounge area. A double French door opens onto a private veranda with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are ceiling fans in every room and central air conditioning.

The Sandals Resort (formerly Four Seasons) Greg Norman Golf Course and Marina can be reached in 8 minutes by car. A convenience store is in walking distance. Larger grocery stores, a health facility, banks with ATM's are found in George Town.

A boat tour to the northern Exuma Cays would be most exciting to see the swimming pigs, the iguanas, and the famous James Bond Thunderball Grotto Cave.

Local restaurants, and other places of interest may be found in the information booklet provided at the beach house.

About The Owner

I am a retired teacher/librarian. I grew up in a small town on this island, which is where I now live. I choose to live in Exuma because of the natural beauty, the peace and tranquility.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2012

Why The Owner chose Moss Town

This property has sentimental value for my family because it was passed down through the generations. The property can not be sold and may be this is the reason why I can own a beach house.

Secluded Bliss

Isadora and Mildred are our island sisters and we come each year to enjoy total peace and relaxation at the Ray Ann. We feel like we are part of their family and truly blessed to enjoy Exuma with them. They are fantastic people and you will not find better hospitality anywhere in the Caribbean so when you book this place you will come back nothing like the Exuma experience and hanging out with our sisters. We just returned from a week stay in "Ray". The property is a duplex and the other side is named Ann. We did have a couple staying next to us during the week, but rarely saw or heard them. The home was very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The unit has two bedrooms upstairs (with balconies), two full baths (one with a shower and one with a tub). One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two twins. The staircase going to the downstairs area has low head clearance and creaks loudly. Downstairs, there is a den area, a half bath (with a stackable washer and dryer) and a full kitchen that faces the front of the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. However, there is no dishwasher. The den area has a couch (does not fold out into a bed), a small glass dining table with four chairs, and one other chair for sitting. There are tv's in the two bedrooms and the den. The home has wi-fi and we had spotty service at times, but overall it was not an issue. Exit the french doors off the den (back of home) and walk onto a small covered patio and then onto a wooden deck. There is a picnic table on the deck and outdoor furniture. From the deck, there is a fairly steep set of maybe eight stairs that lead you directly onto an amazing, beautiful beach! Three sisters beach is beautiful and we rarely saw any other people all week. If you like to snorkel, there is an amazing reef in between the beach and the three large rocks straight out from the home. The home is centrally located on the island and very close to the airport. There are a couple of small convenience stores and liquor stores close by. The owners of this unit are available at all times and very kind and helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and look forward to returning as soon as possible. Enjoy!!!

It is all about the location

You are literally 20 steps from the beach. Out through the back porch over the stairs into the ocean. You can't go wrong with that location especially with at least 1 mile of beach to walk without seeing anyone. 5 stars are a must with this set-up.

You do have neighbors , if the other unit is rented at the same time, but we didn't hear / feel ours at all.

The detailed descriptions of the unit itself in other reviews are still accurate.We found all we needed and had some beers , soft drinks and fresh bread waiting for us upon arrival.

Finding the unit at night is a challenge as there are no street lights. After a few times it got better so.

When you go to Exuma, you have to be able to let go off high-speed internet, (wifi/4G) or having a grocery store like the one at home. My family spent all day long on the beach reading books or take long walks.

Both Mildred and Isadora were very helpful. I hope , we can come back some day.
