The house is perfect for a family, couples traveling together or multi-family reunions. Designed with elegance and luxury in mind; there are too many features to mention, but include custom gourmet kitchen;The Kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances, an island counter with 1" thick custom ThinkGlass top, a Wolf 5 burner gas stove top, Sharp microwave drawer, Miele dishwasher, KitchenAid double oven and a Samsung French door refrigerator and hard wood thru out. Top floor has large open plan, vaulted ceilings, kitchen, living room, and dining room, separate sitting areas, and flex areas as well as full size laundry rm. Best Vacation Ever! Awesome Beach House! Great Location! Love Amelia!

Wow! Awesome beach house! It's huge, clean & beautifully decorated! My husband just had knee surgery so the elevator was perfect. I saw that someone had a bad experience with the manager, Brian. I just want to say that we found him to be a pleasure to work with. We had to change our plans a couple of times & he was always very nice & accommodating. We will most definitely be a returning again.

This is certainly your home away from home. We recently stayed here with our young children and loved it. The beach is just a stroll away and the condo provided a cart along with some toys which made our beach travels easy. The home was extremely clean and provided the essentials for a relaxing retreat. The location is ideal. We look forward to our next vacation at this condo!

The grief I endured from manager ruined our Wedding weekend, the property was really great.

Buyer Beware! I feel compelled to warn of the property manager's rudeness and lack of respect. Since I own 4 beach resort units in 2 countries, I'd hate to know my guests were treated like I was by the property manager, Brian.

You can expect a defensive denial from him. He has yet to reply to me in a positive manner, own up to his mistakes, or offer any form of an apology. His rebuttal will probably direct you to high ratings in the past, all are either about a former manager, or about the property, not his service. The owners bought this property 2 months ago. Hopefully, they pay attention to this review.

The unit is really nice, although I should've contacted the manager about a few housekeeping problems. But, there had already been so many issues, I chose to just enjoy my visit.

Why? First, I asked Brian why my final payment request was more than my signed lease. He refused to honor his lease and messaged me "the lease is wrong but the deposit is held as an authorization not a purchase, it expires after departure." The fact is my credit card was charged and at the higher amount of money.

Then, I received this degrading, unprofessional message from him, "its to much mgmt time to deal with Lets agree to one thing we never cross paths again Thanks You". Seriously, too much time-you've only spent how many minutes replying to my email? And, this is the degree you value your customer, who had given you no problems, outside of a normal business relationship?

He sent a $35.00 invoice for 1 dirty towel with a photo of it soiled with a fresh drop of blood, from the slats of a collapsed bed frame. The picture showed a bright red blood drop, that if cleaned properly would've easily rinsed out, but cleaned improperly resulted in a stain. This absurd charge must've been dropped, as I have heard nothing more.

After a week, at my request, Brian messaged his consulting service to find out if I had been charged for a security deposit, and was advised I had. I received a 2 word email demanding me to "read lease" which I reminded him he had told me the lease was wrong. It was immediately followed by an email that simply said "read lease and website" YOU GUESSED IT! The website was wrong, with 2 listings of a lower cleaning fee, lower security deposit, and a later check out time.

I was always polite and respectful in all of my contacts, using "Sir" as my cordial salutation, using factual information, and only very ladylike language, and received only rudeness.

Owner's Response: I will address this review within the limits of this web site, if you wish additional information including pictures, please contact my office. I have included the report from the housekeeper. There was no contact with the guest during their stay and not until @ 48 hrs. after departure.In fact ,there were only 2 brief emails between the manager and guest. I did refer the guest to read the lease since all procedures regarding check out, deposit policy, and check out procedures were disregarded. Accidents and problems can occur during a stay and be easily rectified; however this was an instance of disregard for the property, policies and procedures. Bringing the guest’s attention to these issues explains the tone of guest's review. The property has maintained a 4.5 star rating. This was not accomplished without extending to guests consideration and service. Similarly, we expect consideration by the guests toward the incoming guests, the property owner, and service personal; again below you will find the housekeepers report Incident/Property Damage Report Form Reported By: April Brigman Dept. House Keeping Date 3/26/17 Location of Damage: 3211 Eventide Ct Fernandina Beach, Florida Damage Report Please provide a brief description of the type of damage: __x___ Damage to Property: Towel with blood __x___ Other (describe) Unit left in poor condition Briefly Describe What Happened: Upon entering the property, and entering the bottom floor bathroom, on 3/26/17, a towel was found with blood on it. There was a puddle of water in the master bedroom hardwood floor, and water on the leather recliner in that room as well. Bathroom door on top floor, had something smeared on it. What appeared to be pancake batter, had been left to dry on kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and floor. No laundry had been pulled or started. Upon reaching the top floor, we discovered a guest and two small children were still present, and did not leave the property until 11:30am. The property had new guests arriving at 3pm, so we had to clean around the current guest. Crumbs were found on the area rugs of both living rooms, and under all cushions. Pictures are attached. I included pictures of the linens that we also managed to get clean, after 4 washes.

Awesome golf vacation

I recently stayed here with 3 friends for an awesome golf vacation. It's an excellent location with quick access to some awesome golf courses. After a day of golf we walked right next door and ate at the surf. It was a great end to a great day. I highly recommend the house. It had everything we needed and we all felt right at home. I can't wait to come back and try some more golf courses as well as hit the beach this summer.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Fantastic 3 story townhouse! Beautiful ocean view from front porch, kitchen and master bedroom. More than enough room for our group of 14 to spread out. The master bathrom is to die for with a steam system, towel warmer and heated bath floor! The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family. HD TVs in every room and 3 of those are smart TVs which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had everything we needed to enjoy vacation, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and shovels. The weather was absolutely perfect! Almost 80 degrees in January! We definitely plan to return again soon!

Great vacation home!

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home! It was clean and very spacious too. There is ocean view from the balcony which was very enjoyable. The each bed room has its own bathroom of which is nice, as well as a large updated and very open kitchen. There was no pool or hot tub and that would be the only draw back, other than that I would be happy to stay here again!
