Perfect location downtown, very quiet, high end amenities, and great indoor/outdoor space. Everything you could ask for if a single/couple seeking to experience all that Charleston has to offer.

Exceeded our expectations.

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is immaculate and well-appointed with comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings. Our hosts John and Phillip had a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine waiting on the kitchen counter, bottled water chilled in the fridge, and vases of fresh flowers and greenery cut from their garden scattered about the apartment. We felt right at home during our week in Charleston. We would rent this property again and already have recommended it to our friends and family.

Fantastic garden apartment

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a fabulous time in Charleston and really loved the apartment. Everything from the decor, finishes, fixtures, artwork, garden, etc., was excellent. Very walkable to the water, all of the historic sites, and, of course, the restaurants. A perfect, quiet spot for a single or a couple.

Beautiful, quiet, perfect place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Charleston and were lucky to have found this lovely place. It is beautifully maintained and decorated. The location is great, just a short walk to King St., the market and great restaurants. Although the weather was too cool to enjoy the garden it was so nice to have it right outside the door to gaze at! We would love to visit Charleston again and can't think of a better place to stay than this lovely place!

A taste of the Charleston good life

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay here. Conveniently located, close to everything, but quiet and serene. The property is beautifully maintained, every detail thought out. The owners are wonderful.

We've stayed in Inns and B&B's all over Charleston, but this is now our place of choice!

The Epitome of Southern Charm!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I had the good fortune of finding this wonderful pied-a-terre while searching through the many privately offered rentals in Charleston. Having lived there previously, we were very choosy as to the area and wanted something architecturally special. This charming place was way beyond our expectations. We spent a wonderful winter here and can highly recommend it. The garden area was beautiful and private, the location superb and the interiors were perfect. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. In the past 12 years we have rented from private owners in Europe and the United States 15 times and I can say, without a doubt, this will remain our favorite.
