This luxury apartment is located in a well known Club La Costa World resort area near the Fuengirola city and the beach. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, spacious living room divided into dining and sitting areas, fully equipped kitchen, 40 sq m terrace with hot tub for 4 people, sun beds and outside dining area. 4 more apartments are available in the same block.

The guests have access to all amenities of Club La Costa World resort, including two 24/7 reception desks, sport playgrounds, tennis courts, 24/7 doctor, Kids Club (like a free day summer camp for 5-12 y.o), supermarket, 2 heated swimming pools, 7 restaurants, stables, sport centre, organised bus excursions to Seville, Granada, Morocco, Gibraltar.

Our guests can check-in 24/7 via the reception desks of Club la Costa World resort. If the guests need help we are nearby to take care about it.

One of the biggest shopping centre of Costa del Sol, Miramar is located only 2km away (5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking)

Modern, fully furnished apartment sits among exotic and lush tropical gardens, restaurants, bars with nightly entertainment programmed, a mini-market, amazing and huge swimming pools, kids’ pools and Jacuzzi pools (21 in total, 2 of which are heated!), the best kids’ club on the coast ( including lunch, you can read more about the club/team-marina-resort-activities/ ) and a fun to ride train that crosses the resorts connecting each place…

The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away; while for culture vultures and those looking for a real slice of Spain, the beautiful city of Malaga can be easily reached by train.

Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km)

Weather forecasts do not suggest any significant changes and the rain here does not usually exceed 50 days each year.

This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Costa del Sol, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter.

There are many activities in the area including golf, tennis, cycling, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing and jet-skiing.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.

You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. There is also an option of damage deposit payments upon arrival to our representative. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.

Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.

Damage deposit could be collected in cash upon your arrival, in that case it is be handed back on your departure day if no damage claimed.

If you would like to use this option please contact us at info@rafleys.com so we could change your online payment accordingly. A deposit equal to 25% of the rent is due on making the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank transfer and checks are all acceptable forms of payment. In cases of payment by check, all funds shall be made payable to Rafley Costa del Sol SL, with a notation of your confirmation number written on your check. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.

Fees: All reservations are subject to a departure cleaning fee.

A Security Deposit is required for each reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period:

o More than 30 days: 10% of the advance payment

o 15-29 days before: 50% of the advance payment

o Less than 15 days: 100% of the advance payment

Check – In Time: Check in time is after 2:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy. Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.

About Leyla

Our family has been living in Spain for over 12 years. We bought this apartment for our own vacations in the first place. Then we moved in to the house nearby and finally this year we decided on letting the apartment, so the whole thing is new for us. Renting this property out will be great experience for me both for doing something new and improving my English language skills ( i speak also Spanish)

Please, be aware that renting this apartment has nothing to do with timeshare system! Although it is situated within timeshare resort, it is a private property.

We travelled to Spain with our 3 daughters for the first time and we had great time there! The apartment was fully equipped and secured.We loved the terrace and our kids won't get out of the hot tube there! Can't wait to be back next summer!

Had a lovely stay. Apartment is outstanding! -catered for your every needs-fully equipped, clean and with all the mod cons. Nice "welcome basket" containing some basic essentials incl bottle of wine- was a lovely touch. Hot tub was a great hit too!

Definitely recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Immaculate, relaxing and beautiful views!

I've been coming to the Costa del Sol for many years and am only sad I didn't find this apartment earlier. The resort itself is immaculate with well tended gardens etc. If you don't want to go off the resort, you don't need to as all requirements are catered for...supermarkets for fresh produce, a selection of restaurants (the Italian had delicious food at reasonable prices), a lovely coffee shop (Sams pantry), a choice of pools and even a fitness centre and spa. The pool at the apartment is super good for relaxing around. A selection of sunbeds are always available, the pool area is immaculate and a nice size for a swim. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it is less than 5 mins walk... I noticed a review which said it was 20 mins away, it really isn't, even taking a slow stroll it is only a few mins away. The apartment itself is gorgeous... like everywhere else it's immaculate. Stunning panoramic views of the coast. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms lovely, double shower is also great. The balcony gets the sun from early morning until around 14:00, so it's nice and cool in the evening. Wifi is fab too.

We hired a car and had some days out, we used Yellow Cars who are just in Mijas and they delivered the car to us and picked it up again... Very reliable, very helpful and very reasonable. Mijas village is 15-20 mins away, and very pretty. Ronda is a little further away up in the mountains and worth a trip.

Leyla, is really helpful and quick to respond to emails, so you always feel you have the information you need. We had to change plans a few times and that was managed really well.

If you've not been... you really should come, it's all it says it is and much more.

We can't wait to come back.

what an amazing stay!!

I am only halfway through the holiday but I have to post a review now - the place is everything I expected and more!!! The apartment is part of an exclusive section of a large timeshare resort so you get the best of both worlds - a gated community of 47 apartments with shared pool (always pretty quiet and load of sunbeds available) but also access to the rest of the resort which is massive!! (plenty of other pools and amenities).

The apartment itself has everything you need, including a hot tub on the balcony. Washing machine, dishwasher and full sized fridge. We always hire a car on holiday so we have that extra bit of freedom. Fuengirola is a very short drive away and we stocked up of food and drink from Lidl as well as going out for meals on occasion.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Leyla has been very helpful via email and even provided a dvd player for us which has been very helpful for those quiet times inside with the kids.

We will most certainly be coming again and have told all of our friends - if only we could purchase one!!!

Directions to the apartment were excellent. Everything is as represented in the photos. The Italian restaurant is fantastic. Great meal and reasonable price. The store next to the restaurant is great for quick breakfast. Family of 4 all ate well for about 20 Euro total. Only thing keeping from five star was the not so comfy beds. Also be aware that there is only a

Washer and no dryer for clothes. We just used the clothes line to dry so not a major problem. Leyla is great at communicating and you will enjoy staying here.

Nice upscale condo

This is a nice condo that is about 20 minutes walk from the beach. There is a tram which we didn't take, which might be shorter. The pool is lovely, as is the condo. It is well-furnished and clean, and in a gated community up on a hill, with some nice vistas, especially from the pool area. We took a hike up into the hills and found it very pleasant, and also walked into Fueringola and walked along the boardwalk (sidewalk) along the beach. We were here for 3 nights, and spent one day going to Ronda, about an hour plus away, and to Mijas, about 15 minutes. Both are lovely hill towns. We found parking to be challenging in Fueringola, so dinners are best either in the condo or in the couple of restaurants condo community.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review, I am glad that you loved your stay. I am surprised it took you 20 minutes to get to the beach. It's 400 meters away, probably you took the long road to Santa Cruz reception and then to the second exit to the beach instead of walking straight down to the supermarket and the first beach exit, it's impossible to walk there more than 2 minutes. Next time you have to stay longer than 3 days to investigate the area more! I am looking forward to having you back for your next vacation.
