3 bedroom ONE bathroom older house with plenty of parking. Fully furnished kitchen, gas/ charcoal grill, all linens, pillows and towels included. Amazing views of Chautauqua Lake from every window from the from of the house.
The property was beautiful: lovely yard, mowed trail to go for a hike, and a breath-taking view of Chautauqua Lake. The windows were such that this view was easily seen from inside the house.
Inside was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated to feel cozy. The beds were comfortable too. Very quiet at night.
Kitchen appliances: coffee pot, kuerig, toaster, magic bullet. Lots of dishes, pans, bowls for storage.
Sticky notes in key places kept us informed as to what to do for the heater, the keys, the garbage, wifi passwords, televisions, etc.
There were 4 of us staying at the house and that was just right. The open kitchen/living room space is a little small and more people would have been tight.
Water was hot for showers. Plenty of towels. Some items in pantry for use.
Nice weekend away. The house and owner were a nice experience. The weather was the only sad side but that is no ones fault but Mother Natures. Great view and the amenities wonderful. Thank you
Small town charm in Bemus Point with a great view of the lake. My family is spoiled with our three bathroom home so it took some planning to accommodate our large group with one bathroom. It was a great experience for a teenager! Cute older, house - easy access to wherever we ventured throughout our stay.
The owner was very responsive to our questions/needs. I would rent again!
Our family had a great time, The house was more than adequate for the five of us. Our grandchildren had the opportunity to see fire flies, something that you don't see in California. The view of the lake and surrounding area is beautiful, we watched the Fourth of July fireworks from the driveway. We did need to contact Chandra a couple of times but she responded immediately. Chandra contacted me almost every day to see how things were going. Her son installed the window air conditioners, we had the opportunity to visit with him, what a nice young man. Location is great, Bemus is close by with restaurants and night life. Our family lives in the area and it was very easy to get everywhere we needed to be.
It was a good stay..the owner was VERY attentive if i were to return i would come back again! Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It was very close to downtown Bemus Point by car. Being in the country with beautiful views of the lake made our weekend very relaxing. The owner cares about her property and making sure you have everything you need.
Peaceful, serene, great get away from it all yet close to major roads and the village of Bemus, The lake is only minutes away. Shopping is in Lakewood about 15 minutes away there you can find the mall, the shopping plaza, car repair shops, grocery shopping at Sam's club, Walmart, TJMaxx, great restaurants like Olive Garden,Japanese restaurant etc.
