Good Place with room to improve

The place was clean, decent neighborhood, the check-in process was smooth. The only issue was the hot water in the apartment. We were there 5 days without hot water. We reported the issue the very first minute after the check-in, the admin only responded to our first message telling us that someone will come in to check. That never happened. After that, they just decided to ignore our messages asking them for a solution...so sad. If you are not willing to be ignored requesting their support with the location issues then this is not your place. Nice place with such a poor customer services.
